Lies of a MOAC
Allegations and Lies About David Myatt Exposed
Background
Over the past two decades a number of individuals have developed a hatred of and an obsession with David Myatt to the extent that they have persistently spread rumors about him and made various accusations against him.
One such individual was a young Zionist who deigned to call himself, among others things, Omnipitus, and who literally spent years trying to defame Myatt. One of his many allegations was that Myatt never really converted to Islam, and was still a neo-nazi. The nemesis of this Zionist came when, in August of 2006, he decided to post his accusations about Myatt on the Islamic Awakening forum –

This led to a somewhat spirited debate with various Muslims, and with contributions from Myatt himself. In respect of the accusation that Myatt wasn’t a real Muslim, the most succinct reply, from a Muslim, was the following:
” ibn myatt is a MUSLIM and omnipitus2006 is a KAAFIR. That much is evident!”
Faced with such replies, the Zionist ran away, never to be heard from again. Perhaps this had something to do with some Muslims – enraged by some comments the Zionist made about Islam, and the Prophet, Muhammad – tracking him down to his home in Canada.
Another such Myatt hating individual was Gerry Gable, who (and without any evidence) in the 1980′s informed on Myatt to the Police, fingering him for a murder. Gable then, in the 1990′s – with his influential friend Micheal Whine – made a complaint about Myatt to the Metropolitan Police, alleging, among other things, that Myatt had incited murder. On both occasions, Myatt was interviewed by British Detectives, and on the latter occasion, was arrested and became the subject of an international investigation, lasting three years, involving the FBI, Interpol, and the Canadian Police. On both occasions, the matter was dropped because there was no evidence, just malicious allegations.
Gable also published, in a magazine he owned, many articles about Myatt in which he made various allegations about Myatt (such as Myatt was a Satanist) without ever once providing any evidence. In addition, for some years following Myatt’s conversion to Islam, Gable told anyone who would listen that in his opinion Myatt’s conversion was fake and Myatt was still a neo-nazi and also a Satanist.
However, in fairness, it should be stated that Gable has – since 2003 – made no comments about Myatt, and seems to have finally accepted that Myatt’s conversion to Islam was genuine.
Another such Myatt hating individual was, and is, Tom Raspotnik (aka the Rev Nev Blackwood) who grandiloquently described himself as the “the world leader of theistic Satanism”. Raspotnik also spent years ranting about Myatt, and even went so far as to offer a USD $10,000 reward for information regarding Myatt’s whereabouts. In addition, he claimed – for several years – to have a letter from Myatt, the publication of which, he asserted, would “destroy Myatt’s credibility”. Yet, despite being repeatedly asked, he has never dared to published this fictitious letter.
However, since the on-line publication of Raspotnik’s home address by some Satanists Raspotnik had publicly insulted, Raspotnik seems, for the moment at least, to have lost interest in Myatt, although it appears that he recently (October 2010 CE) offered another USD $10,000 reward for information regarding the whereabouts of another Myatt-hating stalker (the MOAC – see below) whom he seemed eager to contact and join forces with, perhaps to form some sort of world-wide anti-Myatt pinky alliance.
Another Myatt hating individual was, and is, the anonymous stalker nicknamed the MOAC – the Myatt Obsessed Anonymous Coward – who has spent the last three years anonymously posting literally hundreds of rabid rants about Myatt on diverse Internet forums and message boards, setting up dozens of anti-Myatt blogs, and repeating various malicious allegations about Myatt.

MOAC Lies and Allegations
Since this MOAC, using a variety of usernames, re-posts his accusations every couple of months – even though all his accusations have been disproved, many times – it seems apposite to collect here the various allegations and lies, and their rebuttals, of this particular MOAC, and which collection of lies and their exposure can serve as a useful archive for future reference.
What is of especial interest about the MOAC is that he has never dared – despite being repeatedly asked – to make his accusations on the Islamic Awakening forum, where his accusations would face serious scrutiny from Muslims and even from Myatt himself. Instead, the MOAC prefers to make anonymous posts on various Internet forums, making the same accusations month after month, and year after year.
MOAC Lie – David Myatt is not and never has been a Muslim
Response: This is just your own untenable and biased person opinion, which you never ever dare post on the Islamic Awakening forum where Myatt is a member and where Myatt’s Muslim friends can tell you what they think of your opinion.
Why have you never dared to voice this view of yours on the IA forum? Because you know your view will be exposed for the lie it is.
For Myatt is accepted as a Muslim by Muslims – and also by well known people such as Professor Robert S. Wistrich (one of the world’s leading authorities on anti-Semitism) and by writers such as Martin Amis.
Furthermore, Myatt issued, over ten years ago, a copy of his Testimony of Faith in Islam, signed by two respectable Muslim witnesses from his local Mosque, and verified by the Islamic Foundation.
So, your claim is quite laughable… Especially given the following reply on the IA forum to a similar allegations made some years ago now: “ibn myatt is a MUSLIM and omnipitus2006 is a KAAFIR. That much is evident!”

No, wait – you also claimed that because Myatt’s name appeared as co-author on a few books published in the 1980’s by some obscure publisher (who produced only around a dozen copies anyways of said books) it must mean that he’s a Satanist, even though you have no proof that the publisher did not use his name in vain.
It seems you also somehow forgot that Myatt, in the 1980’s and for a few years, ran a honey-trap operation, based on an Occult group, for the purposes of “infiltrating certain individuals into various positions in society”, and of “obtaining confidential information”, and for other nefarious spooky purposes. Given that Myatt was trained – as a member of Column 88 – in subversion, infiltration, assassination, sabotage, and other such stuff, and given that Column 88 was part of NATO’s clandestine Gladio stay-behind network, this gives a rather different “spin” on such limited Occult involvement in the 80’s, and leads us to ask (yet again) the question you have never answered, which question is: Do you believe that David Myatt is, or was, a covert MI5 operative, Yes, or No?
Why have you never – in your hundreds of posts or on any of our dozen or so blogs – answered this one simple question about Myatt?

(1) Yet again, you give no evidence at all for such ID theft. How did you know it was ID theft? Did you have some anti-virus/anti-hacking software installed? if so, what? (5) You once, years ago, claimed that you had reported your suspicions about the Kerri Delacruz assault to the Police. You were then asked for a PIN (Police Incident Number) – which you could not supply. Instead, you made the feeble excuse that “the Police weren’t interested” in your suspicions, which – as any serving British Police officer or lawyer will tell you – is a ridiculous statement, since they take such assaults on or harassment of such people very seriously.
That you made such a ridiculous (and indeed contemptible) statement surely proves that your anonymous allegations are just malicious allegations.

MOAC Lie – David Myatt kicked out of Combat18 after allegations that Satanists were using the organization as a front for child molestation
Response: And your source for this malicious allegations is what, exactly? You don’t give one!
No, wait – you once in another of your rabid posts about Myatt, a few years ago now (2007), gave the source as a 1997 issue of a tatty little photocopied zine produced by a nazi bonehead and called Redwatch, which tatty little photocopy blandly stated that “Satanists are dirty scum who use this bullshit as a front for child molestation…” At the time of the article, Myatt was heavily involved in Combat 18, and remained so for over a year. Indeed, according to Professor George Michael, Myatt took over the leadership of Combat 18 the following year when Charlie Sargent, the previous leader, was jailed for murder.
So, your assertion is just a lie. Myatt was never “kicked out of Combat 18” as you claim – instead, he remained a member and even took the organization over, and only left when he converted to Islam in September 1998.
That you quote some scrawling by some nazi bonehead in some photocopied smear-sheet is interesting and shows the true worth of your so-called “sources of information” about Myatt.
MOAC Lie – Reams of evidence that Myatt has lied about his non-involvement with Satanism are given in the links below..
Response: Your links lead to items where people give their personal opinions about Myatt. Quoting the opinions of others about a person is not evidence. That you believe it is, shows your desperation and lack of reasoning.
Even the notorious Searchlight article about Myatt, in April 1998 – which you love to quote from – contains just speculation and the personal opinion of the author. No evidence is ever given for any of the allegations made. For instance, the allegation that Myatt is Long; for instance, the allegation that Myatt was friends with Vik Norris. Just blandly stating that “they were friends” without producing any evidence is just using smear tactics.
I might as well claim that you – the MOAC – are friends with notorious paedophiles and rapists, and are desperate to try and keep your identity secret in case your criminal past and psychiatric history come out.
Anyways, no one in C18 took those Searchlight allegations seriously – they were laughed at, and were considered just more Zionist propaganda and disinformation. Response: They are not academic studies – they’re essays by students at Uni submitted for dissertations, and contain no evidence, only assumptions and the repetition of allegations that others have made.
By all means post the so-called *evidence* from these essays which you believe back-up your own allegations.
By the way, the *textual evidence* that Senholt claims backs up his assumption that Myatt is Long is so un-academic as to be laughable. It’s not based, for instance, on any forensic documentation analysis of contested documents, or on any accepted literary forensic technique, but instead is just Senholt’s personal opinion based on his own reading of certain texts.
That you seem to believe that it is more that just someone’s opinion, yet again shows your lack of reasoning and your reliance on dubious sources and your silly use of the appeal to authority logical fallacy.
I repeat – in over thirty years no one has ever produced any evidence for either Myatt being a Satanist, or for Myatt being Anton Long. All we have are smears, rumors, and allegations.

Response: Myatt was indeed interviewed by the Police and the RSPCA in 1974, but about an allegation someone made against him. What you fail to mention is that both the Police and the RSPCA concluded that the allegation was pure journalistic invention, a smear designed to discredit Myatt, who at the time was heavily-involved in the notoriously violent neo-nazi group, the NDFM, and who had, the previous year, been released from prison after serving a prison sentence for violence.

Response: That you resort to quoting some piece written in some rag – in this case written by the notorious drunkard Morrison, whom John Tyndall described as:

Strange that you rely on the opinions of such people. The quote, BTW, is from Tyndall’s Spearhead mag April 1983, which was titled The Wanderings and Posturings of the Pathetic Eddy Morrison.
BTW, Myatt published his own recollection of this Morrison story in both his Autobiographical Notes (first published in 2003) and his autobiography, Myngath (2010).
MOAC Lie – Myatt is a weak little coward
Response: That you make this accusation anonymously is very interesting. Here are some some verified facts about Myatt’s life, mostly taken from the Wikipedia article about Myatt:

Now, that’s certainly an active, violent, and interesting, life – which includes several leadership positions of violent groups, and which life is redolent of his real character. Myatt has even challenged several individuals to a duel with deadly weapons, and been involved in numerous violent street fights and confrontations. He has studied and trained in the martial arts, and several of his detractors (for example, journalist Nick Ryan) have described him as amartial arts expert.
In contrast, who are you? What have you done?
It seems that you’re just jealous, and that it’s you who is the weak little coward since all you seem to do is anonymously post allegations about someone on the Internet and don’t even have the balls to post on the Islamic Awakening forum.

Personal Conclusion:
Prejudice and Personal Knowing – Myatt as Archetype
Despite his reclusive nature, and his conversion to Islam, David Myatt still often evokes a certain mystique. For instance, the following recent (September 2010 CE) quote – from an Internet forum devoted, of all things, to outré modern music – is rather typical,

The following comments about Myatt are also typical,

Perhaps it is this mystique that so infuriates the many Myatt-haters and propels them, perhaps sometime unconsciously, to rant about Myatt as they do, desirous as they seem to be (perhaps out of mundane jealousy) of trying to “cut Myatt down to size”. Perhaps their attempts to do so make them feel better about themselves.
However, and importantly, two common features among the Myatt-haters are that they don’t know Myatt personally, and so judge him based on the opinions of others, and that they never bother to read or study the vast corpus of Myatt’s works but instead concentrate on one or two things they’ve heard about Myatt, or one or two of his writings, however old, that they may have read.
Thus, they have a very one-sided, and prejudiced, view of Myatt. For instance, Gable, in all his many articles and comments about Myatt, over more than twenty years, never once mentioned Myatt’s poetry, or his Greek translations, or his Numinous Way philosophy or his published private letters. Ditto with the MOAC. Raspotnik has also never mentioned Myatt’s poetry or his Greek translations, or Myatt’s autobiography, or Myatt’s published personal letters.
In the case of Gable, he concentrated on Myatt the Nazi and Myatt the alleged Occultist. In the case of the MOAC, he concentrates on Myatt the alleged mentor of Copeland and Myatt as alleged Satanist. In the case of Raspotnik, he concentrates – to be point of obsession – on Myatt’s Islamic writings, on Myatt the Terrorist.
In all cases, something Myatt writes, or has written, or something he has alleged to have done, sparks hatred and outrage in these people – and they concentrate on such words, or such alleged deeds, to the prejudiced exclusion of everything else.
That is, they become emotionally driven by an almost pathological hatred of Myatt – so much so, that he becomes, for them, an embodiment of evil; evil made flesh. An evil genius; the most evil Nazi in Britain; a poisonous despicable person; a terrorist who doesn’t deserve to live; a vile Messiah… Such are some of their epithets.
Then, after a while of casting Myatt in the role of The Devil, something curious and psychologically interesting seems to happen to most of the Myatt-haters. It happened to Gable; it happened to the MOAC, and now it’s happened to Raspotnik.
They turn from describing Myatt as “a dangerous man”, “a fiend” (and so on) to trying to belittle him, and claiming he has “no influence”, and “is of no importance”, and “is an insignificant little man” – or, even, in the case of the MOAC is “a shambling Fagin figure wearing dirty clothes.” Often, they also boast about their own prowess, and that they’re not “afraid of Myatt” who “is a coward”, or whatever.
Yet, despite such claims, they continue to want, even demand, the authorities to deal with Myatt, and jail him, as they continue to spew forth their vitriolic hatred of Myatt. Thus, we have the MOAC claiming that Myatt is “unimportant and uninteresting” and yet continuing to post dozens of posts about him, and continuing to set up new blogs about Myatt every time one of his anti-Myatt blogs gets shut down for posting malicious libellous allegations. Thus we have Gable and Whine claiming Myatt is “of no importance” and yet pleading for Muslims to have “nothing to do with this man.”
Thus, we have Raspotnik claiming he knows all about Myatt, and even has his address, and yet offers a reward of USD $10,000 to anyone who can tell him where Myatt is, as we have Raspotnik claiming that Myatt is “a fake” – although a fake of what is never explained – and that’s he’s “not afraid of Myatt” and will “take him one, anyday” even though he still wants the authorities to jail Myatt.
Why this change in their attitude? Why this sudden need to try, in their own minds, to belittle Myatt?
Most certainly because it comforts them, massages their ego, and gives them the illusion of importance and personal power.
So, it seems to work like this. First, they hate then demonize Myatt. But after a while that makes them feel rather insecure, uncomfortable, afraid, and powerless. So, in their fantasy, they cast themselves in the role of the brave Knight, righter-of-wrongs, who can take on and defeat The Black Knight because really their adversary is a coward, a Fagin, whom they – in their shining armor – can expose and defeat. It’s as if they’re in some Hollywood movie – or they’ve identified with some character in some video game who has embarked on a noble quest to vanquish the dastardly enemies of the good citizens of Earth…
Therefore, it does seem as if Myatt is serving a useful sinister, archetypal, purpose for such broken or immature or prejudiced or hate-filled people, just as this itself may hint at a deeper esoteric truth.
Which is that Myatt seems to have become – or is becoming – something of an archetype, sinister and otherwise. A real living archetype that certain people can identify with, and which certain other people can hate and use to indulge their fantasies and which makes them feel better about themselves. Perhaps certain other people may even find in Myatt – The Compleat Myatt, composed of Mystic Myatt (The Numinous Way, Poetry), The Mad Mage (the ONA), and The Fanatic Warrior (Reichsfolk and Jihadi Islam) – a means to achieve a certain natural balance of opposites within themselves.
Thus, it may well be that people such as Raspotnik and The MOAC are merely signs – pointers to this emerging esoteric truth of Myatt as Archetype.
Not only that, but by their unconscious actions they give life to this new, this emerging, archetype. Myatt alive seems thus to becoming more and more influential in so many and different ways, an influence that will surely only increase when Myatt himself is dead, or disappears from mortal view.

Order of Nine Angles, eller ONA, är en satanistisk organisation grundad i Storbritannien. Namnet ska inte läsas Angels (änglar), vilket ofta missuppfattas. Organisationen är initiatorisk och hemlig i den mån att dess medlemmar och medlemsantal inte offentliggjorts. ONA framstår ofta som en av de mer kontroversiella satanistiska grupperingarna, bland annat för att organisationen förespråkar människooffer. ONA tros ha existerat sedan 60-talet medan de själva hävdar att de har rötter till urgamla traditioner flera århundraden tillbaka. Organisationen har idag dragit sig tillbaka men påstås fortfarande existera
Tro
ONA förespråkar en individualistisk, teistisk satanism enligt Vänstra handens väg med mål att göra den individuella medlemmen till en gud, eller akausalt väsen, en ny ras kallad Homo Galacticus eller Homo Galactica. Detta ska åstadkommas genom att medlemmen ständigt strävar mot självförbättring såväl fysiskt, psykiskt som andligt genom olika övningar och aktiviteter som rekommenderades i organisationens skrifter. Organisationen förespråkar individualism till en sådan grad att generell uppfattning är att organisationens skrifter inte måste följas till punkt och pricka, individens utveckling är det primära målet. Sätt för sådan utveckling kan vara psykologiska processer, till exempel ‘insiktsroller’ för att empatisera med andra människor eller ärketyper, extremt krävande fysisk träning och magiskt arbete.
Organisationen erkänner andliga entiteters existens som i regel benämns som De mörka gudarna. ONA förespråkar att Vänstra handens väg och ONA:s väg är en mörk, syndig väg som inte ska underskattas. Flera av deras skrifter tar upp att ONA inte är för gemene man utan kräver dedikerat arbete och en väldigt stark vilja. Meningen är att genom evolution och naturligt urval skapa en ny mänsklig ras och civilisation. Somliga menar att detta är metaforiskt talat, andra hävdar att ONA är väldigt allvarliga genom förespråkandet av människooffer, opfer, och vissa tror att det handlar om en andlig utveckling. Ordagrant har Anton Long, författare bakom majoriteten av ONA:s skrifter uttryckt sig positivt till människooffren som en del i det naturliga urvalet och för att stärka gruppen, vilket också är allmän tolkning av ONA:s skrifter.
Dessa och flera andra av ONA:s läror har lett till en schism mellan dem och många andra grupperingar. ONA har uttryck ett förrakt gentemot den LaVey-satanistiska Church of Satan som i sin tur har fördömt ONA:s tro på människooffer och tro i allmänhet. Samma fördömande har gjorts av Temple of Set, med vilka ONA brevväxlade under 80-talet och diskuterade bland annat detta och deras skillnader och likheter.
Detta, tillsammans med ONA:s skrifter som av satanister och ockultister brukar bedömas som seriösa och väl utarbetade, de höga kraven för initiering samt hur länge organisationen existerat har gett den ett erkännande få andra satanistiska organisationer har som enbart presenterats på Internet.
ONAs organisation och historia
Order of Nine Angles påstås ha grundats under 60-talet som en sammanslagning av tre nypaganistiska tempel kallade Camlad, Temple of the Sun och The Noctulians. Det råder oklarhet i vem som är organisationens ansikte utåt eller språkrör, majoriteten av skrifterna är författade av Anton Long, enligt somliga en pseudonym använt av David Myatt. David Myatt påstås ha tagit över grupperingen sedan ledaren flyttat till Australien och vara mannen bakom identiteten Anton Long. Författaren Nick Ryan har lagt fram argument om att David Myatt spökskriver mycket för ONA och har bland annat pekat på David Myatts nationalsocialistiska samröre och influenser i ONAS litteratur som kan anses ha vissa likheter. ONA har tillbakavisat påståendena om att Anton Long och David Myatt är samma person, även om Myatt har antagits vara en medlem då han fört organisationens talan vid flera intervjuer.
Historiskt har ONA accepterat medlemmar genom att dessa tagit kontakt med organisationen genom en postadress. Huruvida de fortfarande gör det framgår inte då ONA har valt att dra sig tillbaka efter att ha, enligt egen utsago, slutfört sin uppgift att sprida sin lära offentligt, däremot har Anton Long publicerat mängder med texter under åren och nya manuskript och texter släpps så sent som hösten 2009. Självinitiering kan också ske av individen. Detta har lett till att människor påstått sig vara medlemmar av ONA eller sympatisera med ONA, framför allt på olika diskussionsforum på Internet. I och med organisationens hemlighet och avsaknad av en officiell hemsida eller talesman varken bekräftas eller dementeras några medlemmar, varför självinitierade medlemmar brukar anses tillhöra ONA som en lära eller till och med organisationen.
ONA har sympatiserande grupperingar eller mindre grupperingar som öppet påstår sig vara ONA-inriktade i USA, Kanada, Ryssland, Australien, Nya Zeeland samt flera länder i Europa. Man pratar om Nexions och sinister tribes, varav Temple of THEM och WSA 352 tillhör kanske de mest erkända av ONA själva.
Gradering
Inom organisationen existerar flera grader, varje grad avslutas med en rit som för utövaren till nästa grad.
- Neophyte – Ämnar att ge individen förståelse för läran och utvecklas psykologiskt och andligt. Detta är uppdelat i fyra steg: (1) Skaffa sig en del specificerade ONA-skrifter, (2) Genomgå en hemlig ritual (jakt), (3) Genomföra initieringsritualen, alternativt självinitieringsritualen samt (4) förstå och lära sig spela The Star Game / Stjärnspelet, ett egenutvecklat spel av ONA med psykologiska, astrologiska och andliga undertoner.
- Initiate – När individen uppnått denna grad påbörjas det magiska arbetet som består av sju steg: (1) Påbörja hermetiskt magiskt arbete och utvecklas inom detta enligt ONA:s Sjufaldiga system (Septenary system), att följa upp detta arbete i en magi-dagbok samt studera och använda The Sinister Tarot, (2) Påbörja hermetiskt arbete för ett specifikt mål eller önskan, (3) Sätta ett väldigt krävande fysiskt mål, som exempel nämns minimum att gå drygt fem mil på mindre än sju timmar i terräng, (4) Söka upp och välja ut en person att använda som magisk medarbetare och sexpartner och introducera denne till satanism (ONA), initiera denne och genomgå magiskt arbete med denne, (5) få tag på och studera fler specificerade ONA-skrifter, (6) Ta sig an en Insiktsroll, en form av bedragande rollspel där initiaten tar till sig en ärketyp, natur, personlighet eller yrkeskategori som är närmast sin motsatta för att utvecklas, samt (7) Genomgå graderingsritual för Extern Adept.
- Extern adept – Som Extern adept fortsätter man det magiska arbetet och vidgandet av läran för andra: (1) Organisera och upprätta ett magiskt tempel och/eller en satanistisk grupp sex till åtta månader, rekrytera medlemmar och initiera dem i gruppen samt regelbunder hålla ritualer, (2) Träna och genomföra ännu högre fysiska mål, även här nämns som minimiexmpel drygt fem mil i terräng under sju timmar, fast med ryggsäck om cirka femton kilo, (3) Genomgå gradens hemliga uppgift, (4) Studera aeonisk lära och magi enligt ONA och praktisera denna, (4) Studera och om möjligt praktisera esoteriskt mässande, (5) Studera de esoteriska traditionerna av traditionell satanism (enligt ONA) och lära ut dessa till templets/gruppens medlemmar, samt (8) Genomgå graderingsritualen för Intern Adept.
- Intern adept – Graden Intern adept lämnar medlemmen till att fullfölja sitt öde, något den förväntas veta eller komma underfund med vid denna grad. Processen beskrivs som att ta åratal och ska leda till total självinsikt. Medlemmen ska utöka sin kunskapa och vara väl lärd inom de olika magiska arbetena.
- Mästare/Mästarinna – Som mästare eller mästarinna förväntas medlemmen ta ett större ansvar för organisationen eller gruppen, bland annat genom: (1) Att guida passande individer till den Sjufaldiga vägen, (2) Praktisera aeonisk magi för att främja den mörka vägen, (3) Självständigt arbeta och skapa nya sätt för att öka medveten förståelse för, och främja möjligheten för akausala/mörka makter. Medlemmen förväntas också använda sitt magiska arbete, främst inom aeonisk magi, för att förändra och påverka samhället. Denna grad tar minst sju år.
Efter mästare/mästarinna kommer graden Grand Master/Grand Mistress, enligt ONA:s skrifter uppnår bara en eller två individer per århundrade denna gradering, varför den inte beskrivs i deras offentliga texter så ingående. I vissa skrifter refereras det också till ytterligare en gradering kallad Odödlig (Immortal), spekulationer finns som menar att detta är statusen som gud, målet med läran.
Skrifter
Bland ONA:s skrifter tillhör de mest kända The Black Book of Satan (ej att förväxla med LaVey-satanismens The Satanic Bible) och NAOS. En lång rad skrifter har författats av ONA och majoriteten av dem av Anton Long. En del skönlitterära verk som ska läsas som både skönlitterära, inspirerande och magiska, har också skrivits, vid namn The Deofel Quartet.

Myatt is a living, subversive, prism, transforming the dull monochrome light of ordinary life into a spectrum of vibrant colours that can inspire.
Over the past year, a multitude of rumours have been spread – mostly via the medium of the Internet – about Myatt leaving Islam, and returning to the mystical philosophy of The Numinous Way which he has developed over a period of around ten years.
Furthermore, not only have several new articles – allegedly by Myatt himself – been circulated and appeared on the Internet, with titles such as Introduction to the Ontology of Being – in which the author explains the philosophy of The Numinous Way – but also articles, by both Myatt fans and Myatt detractors, have been published, commenting on this alleged return and this seeming rejection, by Myatt, of Islam.
As for Myatt himself, his most recent authenticated pronouncements have included a post, some weeks ago (September 2010 CE) on his own Islamist weblog, in which he publicly re-affirmed he was a Muslim, and his autobiography, Myngath (published July 2010 CE) indicating there has not been such a renunciation of Islam, but only some doubts stemming from a personal tragedy.
But one has to ask the question – Does all or any of this really matter, to us? If so, why? Just what are such perceptions of Myatt trying to tell us about him, and possibly more importantly, about ourselves as we use such outward things as a measure of our judgement?
Myatt and The Order of Nine Angles
Most importantly, what all commentators on the subject of Myatt’s alleged, assumed, or even real, pronouncements regarding “leaving Islam” have either not noticed or not commented upon, for some reason, is that Myatt’s alter ego, Anton Long [1] has never, ever, in the past forty years made any pronouncements or announcements regarding having rejected The Sinister Way or the Order of Nine Angles (ONA).
That is, Anton Long – for the past forty or more years – has remained steadfastly loyal to The Sinister Way and the ONA, and has continued to write, to circulate and to have published, ONA material and documents.
This fact alone may well point those who seem to be confused by Myatt’s many apparent “changes of direction” in the right direction, and allay both their suspicions and doubts regarding Myatt and what many mundanes and Magians have described as Myatt’s psychological instability, based, as this silly opinion of theirs is, on their own presumption that he has flitted from one ideology to another, and from one religion to another, over a period of several decades.
In my opinion, this one fact, this undeniable truth, certainly seems to points us toward the reality that Anton Long is, or represents, the real Myatt – and that the ONA, with its sinister and long-term goals and aims [2], represents the real goals and aims of Myatt himself.
This would mean that all Myatt’s various, diverse, involvements – political, religious, and otherwise – should be seen in this light, as a means to an end. This end is a new type of (sinister) society, and a new type of human being.
As one commentator about Myatt wrote:
“ Myatt’s primary aim, throughout his entire adult life, has been to find, develope and use means to bring about his vision of a Galactic Imperium. All his various endeavors and involvements – from National Socialism, to the ONA, to his philosophy of The Numinous Way, to his involvement with radical Islam – are all part of this.
They are all means to explain, to propagate, to try and implement – through, for example, destabilizing the status quo, confronting the Magian, and agitating for revolution – his Vindex mythos and this vision of a Galactic Imperium. He has been almost fanatically single-minded in his pursuit of this vision, and, at times, quite ruthless. He has also been exceptionally pragmatic – using whatever means, whatever ideology, whatever tactics, that might help him undermine and confront what he calls “the tyranny of the Magian manifest in the dishonourable Amerikan empire of Homo Hubris.”
These tactics have included racist violence, racist and Islamic terrorism, Nazi politics, and using the ONA as a means of subversion and radical change. Myatt has also been consistent, for over four decades, in upholding and propagating the principle of personal honor, which he wove into his NS writings, which he made one of the foundations of his philosophy of The Numinous Way, and which he made the basis for both the clans of Vindex and the tribes of the ONA.” JR Wright: The Numinous Dark – Myatt and the Vindex Mythos
My own view is that this Galactic Imperium of Myatt’s is simply the outward and practical form of the ONA’s sinister New Aeon, where what the ONA call the Law of The Sinister-Numen, and new tribes, hold sway, having displaced and destroyed the old ways of nation and of States.
Thus, even Myatt’s mystical, apolitical Numinous Way could well be – and most probably is – a means, a tactic. One more way in which people can reject The System, the ways of The Old Order, the Old Aeon, and create for themselves what amounts to a new and ultimately subversive way of living, detached from The State, and certainly detached from the Magian New World Order and its tyrannical abstractions.
Myatt and National Socialism
Another fact which has seemingly been overlooked in the past ten years of so since Myatt’s conversion to Islam, is that he has never renounced, publicly, his support for and praise of Adolf Hitler and Hitler’s loyal German supporters.
Furthermore, Myatt has, several times, and as a Muslim – and most recently last year (2009 CE) – continued to express his admiration for Hitler and the Third Reich.
Consider, for example, the following quotes (with my emphasis), from Myatt.
” I have never, in my heart and mind, renounced my belief in Adolf Hitler as a good man, an honourable man, who… strove to create a just and noble society, and who was destroyed by the ignoble machinations of those opposed to what is good and who have spread dishonourable lies about him, his followers and his Cause. Thus it is that I find I cannot denounce this noble man and those who fought and died for the cause he upheld, as I cannot and will not denounce those who today honourably (and I stress honourably) continue the struggle in his name and who respect the Way of Life which is Al-Islam and who thus see we who are Muslims as allies in the fight against our common enemy. Thus it is that I continued for several years, after my reversion, with Reichsfolk – an honourable organization striving to presence something of the Numen I believe was manifest in National-Socialist Germany and in and through the life of Adolf Hitler.” Autobiographical Notes, Part 2, dated 1422 AH
” The currently unpopular and often censored truth of our times is that National-Socialist Germany – what it had evolved to be by the beginning of The First Zionist War – was a modern mostly unconscious expression of the numinous, honourable, warrior ethos, and stood in complete and stark contrast to the materialism, the hubris, of the Magian and their allies and servants in the West, represented by the arrogant, profane, White Hordes of Homo Hubris. Furthermore, had NS Germany not been defeated by The White Hordes of Homo Hubris and by the machinations of the Magian, there is almost no doubt that it would have evolved further to become the genesis of a new numinous resurgence, and restored to the West, and other lands, that connexion to the numinous which centuries of plunder, exploitation, greed, abstractions, and dishonourable war had severed…” Mythos of Vindex, Chapter 2 (The Ethos of Vindex In Historical Context), undated, but c. 2009 CE
” The simple reality is that the Zionists and the Amerikans and their allies are lying, deceitful, hypocritical, dishonourable bullies, while the Mujahideen – as were the vast majority of the soldiers of the Third Reich – are honourable warriors fighting for a just, anti-Zionist, cause…
There certainly were many who fought and who died for Adolf Hitler, and for their fatherland, who were striving to act in an honourable way, and indeed many – such as Waffen-SS General Leon Degrelle, Hans Ulrich Rudel and Major-General Otto Ernst Remer – who not only did act honourably, but who embodied the true, non-racist, spirit of Hitler’s National-Socialism…
I still respect genuine National-Socialists – of whom there are very few, today – as I do understand how genuine National-Socialism can create a somewhat more noble society than exists in any Western land today, with such a society benefiting not only the peoples of the West but also we who are Muslim, for such societies, as mentioned in the above quote of mine, would aid us in our war against world Zionism and our battles against the type of dishonourable arrogant bully so evident in the Amerika of today.” Islam, National-Socialism, and Honour, dated 1430 AH
These truths – this continuing respect by Myatt for Hitler and genuine (honourable, ethical) National Socialists – may well give us another clue as to Myatt’s real motivates, goals and aims.
This clue is his life-long, at times fanatical, commitment to fighting what he, and the ONA, euphemistically call the Magian, and the Magian ethos [3].
In one of his earliest, published writings – Vindex: The Destiny of the West – published in 1984 CE (and written c. 1976 CE) Myatt analyses what he called the Magian distortion of The West, by which he meant the influence and the power of the Zionists.
It is no coincidence that Myatt – in both his NS days and as a Muslim – called and calls The Second World War the First Zionist War, and that this commitment to fighting the Magian, and the Magian ethos, is also an integral part of the mythos and philosophy of the ONA.
Indeed, this anti-Magian aspect of the ONA led one academic to write that one of distinguishing characteristics of the ONA is that it is a non-Semitic tradition, and purposely avoids any Jewish and Nazarene influence. [4]
Myatt and Islam
It is my view that Myatt has engaged with Islam, and is still engaged with Islam – despite reports to the contrary – for three principle reasons.
The first reason is that he regards Islam – or rather, the radical Islam of the Jihadists – as the only practical and effective means of currently fighting what he calls the dishonour and tyranny of the New World Order, led by America and its Zionist ally.
Consider, for example, the following, taken from a supplication (prayer, or dua) said by Al-Qaeda and their supporters, and also by many of the Taliban:
اللهُمَّ أَحْصِهِمْ عَدَداً، وَاقْتُلْهُمْ بَدَداً، وَلا تُغَادِرْ مِنْهُمْ أَحَداً، وَاجْعَلْهُمْ
عِبْرَةً لأَمْثَالِهِمْ مِنَ اليَهُودِ وَالنَّصَارى وَالمُشْرِكِينَ، أَذِلَّةً صَاغِرِينَ.
Allah! We ask that you kill them together, and alone – so that not a single one remains – humiliating and debasing them, making them thus an example of their kind for all Yahud, Nasara, and Mushriks…
Myatt – with his lifelong commitment to fighting what he calls “the perfidy and dishonour of the Zionists and their lackeys…” – is surely at home here. These people are like him; they have the same aims – a desire to defeat their Zionist enemies, and to establish new societies led by warriors and which train warriors.
Is it therefore surprising that we apparently see Myatt again and again returning to Islam, to his brothers-in-arms? To those who, today, are the only ones fighting his enemies in a practical way?
The second reason – obvious from his Islamic writings – is that he regards what he calls the authentic Islam of Ahlus Sunnah wa Jamaah as a practical manifestation of the numinous, in the modern world, having taken over this mantle, of being a practical manifestation, from a failed German National Socialism [5].
The third reason, and possibly the most important one, at this precise moment in time, is that he is a man of honour. Thus, he admits that his Shahadah – the testimony of faith in Islam given in a Mosque in front of two Muslim witnesses – was an oath of loyalty:
” I took an oath of loyalty, on my honour, to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala and His Messenger, Muhammad (salla Allahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) and this is a binding, life-long oath… ” Islam, Honour and Duty
He also hints, in several of his writings and letters, that he has given bay’ah – a personal pledge of loyalty – to a living person, a Muslim, and while we may speculate as to who this person is, what seems to matter for Myatt is the binding nature of such an oath.
Hence it is not, or would not be for him, a simple matter of “just leaving Islam” – but instead it would be a matter of betraying such oaths, and thus betraying himself, his honour. Thus, even if, for the sake of argument, we assume that Myatt may have in recent months – or even last year, also – wanted to immerse himself totally in his own Numinous Way, at the expense of Islam, he may well have, ultimately, had no choice in the matter, given this bay’ah, and given someone he respected possibly reminding him of his honourable duty.
Is it therefore surprising that we find – or we seem to find – him placing Islam again [6] at the forefront of his life? Doing his honourable duty? Is it therefore surprising that he might – despite words in such articles as A Return To My Beginning – have decided to do continue supporting a certain war?
A similitude here might be of a man of honour who has sworn to be loyal to the leader of a certain clan, and who for years has done his honourable duty, and helped and protected the clan against its rivals, and which rivals have killed many of his friends. Gradually, he falls in love with a woman who offers him a very different way of life, which life he, personally likes, and enjoys, and inwardly desires to retire to. But the war against his clan and his chief continue. What is he to do? Abandon them, and live as his own heart desires? Would that not be a betrayal of them, especially during their time of need?
Those who have no sense of honour, no sense of duty, no sense of loyalty, will naturally see no problem here.
Another, perhaps more mundane, similitude might be of a man with duties and honourable obligations to his wife and family. He may have ceased to love his wife in the manner he once did, and may even have fallen in love with another woman. He may even no longer even like the daily toil he does by which he provides for his wife and family. Does he just simply do what he in his heart desires to do – go off with his lover and begin a new life? Or is he still bound, by duty, honour and loyalty, to do what is best for his wife – and especially for his still growing, young, family?
The Laughing Trickster
Another view, prevalent among some who have studied the life and times of Myatt, is that all the many and different effusions which Myatt issues or has issued in the past four or so years about “returning to his Numinous Way” are just designed to test and to confuse.
To test our mundaneness and our own honour, and to confuse his enemies and detractors, among whom are, naturally, various government Intelligence agencies and Police forces who take a decidedly humourless view of subversive individuals, such as Myatt, writing, inciting and supporting “terrorism”, and trying to subvert the States and nations of the Western world.
According to this view, Myatt is playing games, and is akin to a Laughing Trickster.
The Complex Man
The fundamental mistake that many or most people make, in respect of assessing or judging Myatt, is that they desire or are determined to or need to assign just one label to him. That is, and for them, Myatt has to be – or can only be – either a nazi, or a Muslim, or a Satanist, or a mystic following a mystic philosophy such as The Numinous Way. Or some kind of trickster, playing some esoteric game of his own, and laughing at us all as we flounder about striving to understand.
It never seems to occur to the majority of these people – these mundanes or Magians – that such a labelling is so Old Aeon, so passée; and an example of pure prejudice, of an inability to transcend beyond the mundanity of labels and causal categories.
As a young, Californian-based, female fan of Myatt recently commented,
” I would say that all three aspects of DM co-exist and are co-real at the same time…. I think that DM – and any living intelligent person for that matter – is too fluid, too dynamic, too complex in mind, to be boxed up inside one single well defined ‘area’. I would say that DM… is therefore not a set of boxes and labels where one cubby box is Islam, the other is ONA and so on; but that he is more like a spectrum. This spectrum consisting of many different ideas and concepts that overlap each other in certain areas…….”
Hence, many ordinary people – mundanes or Magians – really do get quite confused when someone such as Myatt appears to be all these things at once, or seems to move easily, effortlessly, from one to another of them, and then back again.
Are such things, then as the ONA, Islam, The Numinous Way, just roles, for Myatt? Just outward forms assumed for some practical purpose or another? If so, then who, or what, is the real Myatt? Or, indeed, is there – or can there be, or should there be – such a person?
The simplest explanation – which many can readily accept, and have accepted – is that they are roles, played or assumed by the sinister Magus, Anton Long. Thus, Anton Long – the evil genius behind the subversive and sinister ONA – is the real Myatt.
Another, somewhat less simple, explanation, is that Myatt has been on a voyage of both inner and outer discovery – a Faustian, or Promethean, quest, for wisdom. Here is an apt quote, from a young female fan of Myatt’s, based in England:
[Myatt is] a complex man, and one who it’s impossible to understand without considered and prolonged study. Reading wikipedia will only obfuscate, given that the way information is structured and determined appropriate there is mutually exclusive with any expression which provides understanding of his character. The Wikipedia article simply isn’t useful in forming any intelligent opinion of him.
He would say that you are being dishonourable by passing a superficial-causal judgement without taking the time to either meet and discuss matters with him or, at least, seriously attempt to understand things from his perspective before making an empathetic judgement, and not reactively judging in accordance with emotive-abstract labels.
At least read his poetry if you’re going to post about him (not any points he’s made or his Philosophy on their own merits). That’s where you can see the man as he is, and come to some limited appreciation of the kinds of things that motivate his actions; instead of seeing him as he plays at being for the sake of understanding. (Yes, understanding– how dedicated would a person have to be that they would be prepared to immerse themselves in violent subcultures such as radical Islam for the purpose of understanding that which is heretical from the inside? You’d have to want understanding more than anything else. You’d have to be a martyr to wisdom, doing that in the knowledge that you’d forever be instantly rejected upon the basis of some label you’d voluntarily taken on. Bear in mind that he’s alternated between the Numinous Way, radical Islamism and other positions for years now. That’s not the behavior of a self-identified ideologue or true believer. )
My own view, however, is that Myatt is or has been – and can be again and again – the real essence which is hidden, or which has been hidden, behind such terms as mystic, nazi, satanist, Muslim, Trickster, and that such assigned terms, such labels, obscure or hinder us from appreciating, that essence. Furthermore, that this essence is not as different, not as divergent, as such terms and labels suggest or lead us to believe. Instead, they are – in their own very essence – but different emanations of the same thing, a colourful spectrum rather than one single, well-defined, colour. In this sense, Myatt is a living, subversive, prism, transforming the dull monochrome light of ordinary life into a spectrum of vibrant colours that can inspire us, if such vibrant colours resonant with us – if we ourselves are touched by them.
What sometimes confuses us about David Myatt – what confuses, confounds or even irks and angers the Magians and mundanes – is that he does not play by their rules. He does not accept their ethos, their worldview, but has conspired to construct his own – which is not his ethical, revised, Reichsfolk type National Socialism, not his “authentic Islam” of Muslim warriors, not the mysticism of his Numinous Way, and not even the “satanism” of his Order of Nine Angles.
Instead, it is the simple aspiration to change one’s self by direct practical experience; to not be afraid to experience diversity in one’s way of living; to have the capacity to be inspired by – for decades – a numinous, a grand, vision; to possess the ability to perceive, feel, to know, people, Nature, the world, the Cosmos, in their living essence, shorn, divested of labels, terms, categories, assumptions and presumptions; and, finally, it is the ability, the desire, to allow yourself to be changed, transmuted, transformed, by all these things until you finally emerge as a unique individual, a new type of human being, beyond all labels, terms, and categories which others may assign to you or may need to assign to you because you perplex, astound, annoy them and often make them feel quite uncomfortable.
The Myattian Changeling
Thus, such outward changes we might witness, or which we might assume are real, in the person called Myatt – and the few others like him – are not important. They are just signs; waymarkers; bearings taken on the path to Somewhere.
But there is more, and it is this “more” which has tended to make Myatt something of an enigma even to those of us who feel we “know” him and “understand” him and his peregrinations. For despite all the former – or perhaps it is because of all those things – Myatt is still engaged in combat with his life-long enemies. He is still fighting in a real war; he is still a warrior.
It is this, this dedication to fighting such a war, which is the second piece of evidence we need in order to really understand Myatt, and to understand why – even though he is the author of recent poems such as Dark Clouds of Thunder – he has returned to publicly supporting Islam and especially those Muslims who are fighting, in a practical manner, his old and life-long enemies, the Magian, and their Magian ethos.
But it does not – in my view – matter what our own, possibly changing, perception of the perplexing Myatt is, as it most certainly does not matter what the perception the mundanes have of him. What matters are two things.
What he does, on the practical level, to support and to aid his never changed and never changing aims; and what he leaves behind, or creates, which others – such as ourselves – may find useful, in our own, individual, quest, and also perhaps in our own combat against the Magian and their perfidious, anti-evolutionary, ethos, be this combat of ours practical, esoteric, or whatever.
Certainly, Myatt has given us many things, to use – from the sinister, subversive, ONA; to the ethical National Socialism of Reichsfolk; to The Numinous Way; to his Vindex mythos; to the real-life passionate, sensitive, Nature-loving wanderer we find in his poetry and private letters. Some may even find his Islamist writings of some use or of some benefit, as incitement, perhaps, to practical sinister subversion.
Ultimately, though, it is as an example of a changing changeling that we should view him – a traveller, an explorer, whose simple numinous vision may inspire us also.
As Myatt’s friend, the artist and composer Richard Moult wrote, in a review of Myatt’s autobiography, Myngath:
” A man so contradictory and perplexing and enraging to outsiders, whose life has been and is an opportunity to be revelled in and not to be wasted. This work presents aspects of that life (and there is much left unwritten) and is a reminder to all of us who can all too easily lose ourselves in the illusory mundane existence of this present age. Myatt is a traveller in all senses, exploring the uncharted worlds within, around and without us. Perhaps he will one day be understood as the human voyager he is: an example of one nexion of life seeking to understand itself within the infinite cold spaces of the cosmos.”

However, it seems to me that in recent years the term Magian has acquired a more general meaning among aficionados of the ONA, and now refers to such abstractions as the modern nation-State and, indeed, anything and everything that is of The Old Order, and thus is tied to the causal world-view of the mundanes.

One possible explanation of such a hiatus are the rumours that Myatt – before and during this time and travelling under a false name – visited America in order to set up clandestine ONA cells (or nexions, as the ONA calls them) dedicated to subversive activities. This might conceivably explain why a stridently anti-Muslim opponent of Myatt – describing Myatt as a terrorist – in August 2010 CE offered a USD $10,000 reward for information about Myatt’s whereabouts.
As to the nature of these subversive activities, we can only speculate, but it does seem to me more than just coincidence that recent writings by some ONA people resident in America have been permeated by attacks on the Magian ethos; have approvingly mentioned radical Islam as a modern heresy worthy of being adopted to subvert society; quoted from Myatt’s Islamist writings; and reaffirmed the ONA’s controversial stance that undertaking human culling is a duty incumbent upon every ONA member.
This radical subversive stance is evident, for instance, in the latest (September 2010 CE) edition of the ONA’s in-house journal, Fenrir, published in America – whose articles include a Black Mass of Jihad, the stated heretical intent of which is to “defy the Jewish controlled governments of the world and their interests”. Interestingly, the text – although probably inspired by Myatt as Muslim – clearly reveals it was not written by Myatt. For instance, the style is most certainly not that of Myatt; Myatt has always, studiously and perhaps pedantically correct from an Islamist point of view, always avoided using the word Israel, preferring instead the ponderous phrase, “the Zionist entity that occupies Filistine,”; and he uses the words Zionists and Yahud and never the word Jews.
Furthermore, one of the main ONA blogs – arguably the most popular – run by two young women resident in California, even announced the publication of this edition of Fenrir with the blurb, ” Happy September 11th! FIRST EPISTLE TO THE ACCEPTION
David Myatt came, and changed everything. Before Myatt there was aimless stupidity in the religions and politics of our species. Aimless as having no real genuine aeonic aim or purpose; except propagation of these institution’s memeplexes. Stupid in that these stagnant religious and/or political dogma, ideology, and orthodoxy were sold and hailed to humanity as jewels of human ingenuity. With his Faustian Spirit, Myatt came and quietly set the proverbial cog wheel of progression in motion. It is too early for the rest of the species to recognize his genius, but as time passes and changes things, he will one day take his place among the great thinkers of our species. Whether it was for National-Socialism, his Numinous Way, or his Order of Nine Angles; he imbued the same Myattian ethos, concepts and vision into all his writings and institutions he fathered. Calling our eyes up towards the Cosmos to awaken us to our galactic destiny and providing us a means for striving for that distant dream.
As with science: there are theories and principles; then there is methodology. Myatt’s Reichsfolk National-Socialism, and his Numinous Way in 352 are the theories and principles of a new and progressive humanity. The ONA is the Methodology thru which those theories and principles are transmutated into future galactic civilization. 352 must be a Myattian Institution through and through; adopting both the theories/principles, and the vehicle of application. The Acception must understand that a principle, no matter how great it sounds – even when such principles are “lived” by adherents – is devoid of the ability to affect the future. Aeonic engineering is required to consciously create a future with theories and principles. Thus the ONA as a means to apply and use such principles via aeonic engineering, to manifest a willed future is a crucial [an alchemical crucible] factor/nexion between the theories and principles we have today – and the evolved humanity and celestial civilization of tomorrow. These theories and principles must first be understood within the frame work or psychological territory of WSA352.
RACE & MIND PARASITES:
Race, as 352 understands it is a Causal+Scalar (time) manifestation or by-product of the Folk or Clan. A Clan is a group of people bound together by blood, loyalty, and mutual dependency. It is only due to a clan’s isolated breeding, and environmental factors, that its future progeny grows to look different from other clan progeny. Race, does not truly define a people – their mentality, psychology, ethos, beliefs, or culture do (the very essence of a folk and clan). Race is a mere by-product of such folkish factors. The Folk, Clan, or Tribe makes the man. Even within the limits of a phonotypical race there will exist competition, rivalry, war, class struggle, and “racialism.” The organic Clan, is the very essence of our humanity, which defines us as a species and people. The Clan itself is a manifestation of a more primordial simian group phenomenon our ape ancestors once lived in – which can still be witness in most monkey and all ape social orders. The Clan is in our very human genetic make up – in the sense that we as causal organisms naturally seek to belong to a group/family. Race does not make us human – it is not ingrained in our evolutionary makeup. Race is only a by-product of Clan life.
There is nothing wrong with being proud of yourself, and your personal “ethnic” makeup. I’m proud of my ethnic heritage (Mexican-White/Italian). Why though be proud of an entire race which doesn’t care for you. There’s nothing wrong with liking to be racist. Just refine your racialism and be an equal opportunity racist and hate people in your own race too that aren’t your Folk and Clanmates. Chances are, if you think about it, that those in power in your own country enslaving and exploiting you are your own race. We have a cool slogan in 352 which summarizes Reichsfolk National-Socialism in a nice rhyme – “Down with the Ku Ku; Up with the Mu Mu” (Ku Ku for the Ku Klux Klan; and Mu Mu for Mad Myatt or Mage Myatt; Mu being the Greek letter M).
The best example of a modern – over grown – Clan are the Jews. Being “Jewish” isn’t really based on a “race,” genetic factor, skin color, or “nationality.” Essentially it is based on a shared commonality – a cohesion factor – which binds and unites this people into a coherent social order: their Judaic culture, which is founded upon a set of unique religious practices. Blood bonds and loyalty to other “Jews” also defines a person as a Jew. Race and skin color has nothing to do with being a Jew. There are caucasian looking Jews; Jews of proto-semetic-arabic ancestory; and negroid-hametic Falasha Jews from Ethiopia. The over grown Jewish Folk is also a great example of how a Clan over time can become it’s own State – the State of Israel. This is very enlightening because understanding that the State of Israel came only after the Folk Jewish Identity had long been established; do we understand that the State, or nationality actually does not define the individual. It is the person’s folkish or Clan association that does. The abstract concept of “race,” as are the abstractions of a “nation,” and/or “state,” are impersonal identity thieves which stands against your personal honor and duty you owe to yourself and your folk.
Nothings says Clan better though than the original Clans of the United Kingdom. The MacDonalds and Burger Kings; the McDoohickies of the highlands. Many of these clans now are composed of many races and racial mixtures; but an O’Brian is still an O’Brian even if one of them is half Chinese.
Such abstract conceptualizations are parasitic memes which usurps your personal sovereignty. Once you have adopted the transpersonal concept of a “race” you become a slave to the will of an abstract – transpersonal – race. In the same way you become subservient and a slave to a nation or state, when you adopt its identity – working for it, paying taxes to it, spending you entire life supporting it’s existence; and what do you get in return? What do you gain from adopting, serving, and fighting for the cause of a transpersonal “race?” Which has absolutely nothing to do with who you are as an individual person or your clan. Which has no intrinsic interest in you and your welfare or your progression as an evolving individual. It doesn’t matter if your skin color is the same hue as theirs/everyone else’s. Ask yourself if your “race” will be there for you in your time of need. Will your race feed you and your family? Will it/they pay your bills when you have no money? You must realize that the moment you adopt such abstract transpersonal identities as “Race,” “Nation,” “Religion,” and “State,” you become a slave to that abstraction’s will. In otherwords, such abstract memes uses you as an organic being to propagate itself: For whom? For you or for itself?
It’s hard to grasp the concept of being used by a mind parasite which consists of nothing more than the genetic material of memes. Not until you allow yourself to consciously be host to one and observe. This is the reason why we consider Insight Roling as an important concept and why we encourage our Disciples to join a street gang, Nazi organization, or political institution for at least a year. After the year is over you realize that your life, energy, and effort was being used by the gang or institution to merely propagate itself, and execute it’s own interests and that it had no other interest in you but to use you for that purpose.
There is a difference between those who use and those who are used – those who are Masters, and those who are natural slaves. To illustrate we will consider David Myatt, since he is the Fountain Head of all three institutions concerning this Epistle. The statement itself is simple: Myatt converted to Islam. The question is – Is Islam using Myatt? Or is Myatt using Islam? Myatt was a Nazi. Was National-Socialism using Myatt, or was Myatt using National-Socialism? Myatt was a Satanist. Did Myatt use Satanism, or did Satanism use Myatt?
The answer to all of those questions is easy to come up with when we study Myatt carefully. In all three institution Myatt “converted” to, he imposed HIS own ideas, concepts, and mind onto them – changing/evolving them – in HIS image and likeness… not the other way around. Islam isn’t using Myatt. Myatt is using Islam for his own private interests. This is clearly seen in the radical Islamic writings he is putting out, which is influencing and inspiring other Muslims.
This concept of Master versus Slave brings up some great food for thought concerning the ONA and it’s Initiates. If the ONA was already existing and one day Myatt entered it – would he be used by the memetic organism of the ONA to progress itself… or would he use the ONA to progress himself? Then ask yourself that very same question with you and the ONA – whose using whom? If all you are to the ONA is a means for it to propagate itself – then you have no power, authority, basis, or foundation, to judge 352 which is doing with the ONA what Myatt would have done to it: Impose it’s own mind upon it to change/evolve it and use it to progress it’s members. Both kinds of initiates are needed equally. We know where we each stand in this regard.
THE CLAN OR TRIBE:
For as long as we have been human – and far into our pre-human existence – we have been living, associating, in small groups of kinfolk. In the past these clans and tribes were all that naturally existed as far as human social order goes.
The Clan or Tribe is a system of Symbiosis. It is a system of mutual aid and mutual dependency. It is a true Causal system. You put in energy and effort, and the Clan rewards you in return with sustenance, protection, and breeding rights. Since everyone is mutually dependent on each other, everyone’s interests and needs are important… as you, as a person, are important to your Clanmates.
Unfortunately, for most humans, Tribal life was crushed by something called the State. The essence of an impersonal State is not symbiosis. It is Exploitation. We cannot condemn mankind for experimenting with Statehood. It is a rite of passage we as a species must experience… from which we learn.
There were good things and bad things about Clan life; as there are pros and cons to Statehood. The down fall of Clan living is that it is prone to not progress or advance. In fact there are still tribes today which are still in the stone ages. This is due to something 352 calls the “IF” Factor. IF standing for “Incoherency of Force.” The IF factor comes from the fact that clans themselves did not pool or funnel their energy into a collective force with other clans and tribes. The State did. When Force is brought into a coherent state and directed towards a purpose it is called Synergy. The first example of state synergy would be militaries. Synergy is perhaps the only valuable – crucial – thing our species has gained for Statehood. Thru the Synergy of taxation, redistribution of tax money to pay synergic corporations and specialized institutions – we end up with NASA, and the ESA. Thru coherent state synergy, we as a species propelled ourselves into the future; explored space; went to the moon, and put rovers on Mars.
But, our states have become a monstrosity of impersonal existence and species psychosis. We are slowly understanding inside each of us that something is very wrong. What’s wrong is we’ve toiled for the Great Impersonal State and have left our primal human nature – our humanness behind: the Clan. This is not to suggest that we do what Pol Pot did and force ourselves into some past non-technological Golden Age. What’s needed is BALANCE. A balance between our humanness and superpersonal synergy. To recollect ourselves into contemporary Tribes and Clans which has our needs, interests, and symbiosis, as it’s motive and modus operandi. If such Clans we will reform – recreate – can pool their energy and resources to produce a cooperative Synergy to continue to advance us as a species… then the State can be thrown out altogether.
This Nexion of ours is thus not just merely another cell of the ONA. It is the Myattian Imperative in action. Our Nexion was designed and intended to grow into a functioning modern tribe through our oaths, and our established unique culture and tradition. We already have the loyalty factor, and the mutual dependency. In time, with eugenics and selective – intelligent – breeding, we will be bound by blood as well. Blood bound thru the children our sisters will have – our future progeny who will breed with each other, and those that resonate with our Way.
From the very beginning, our future Progeny has been the main focus of our Nexion – the reason why our 352 has come into being in the first place. We already have a fledgling Folk culture and coherent Clan identity. The foundation of which are all of Myatt’s work – the principles set forth in Reichsfolk Doctrine of Ethical National-Socialism; the Numinous Way; the Code of Honour; and the ONA. With these, and the unique subculture we have developed, our WSA has become the seedling of a future Clan. It is a matter of time and aeonics to manifest ourselves as a modern Tribe, for the sake and progression of our future Progeny. We are in essence our own Folk, sharing a common identity, culture, a miniature weltanshauung, and vision of a common future.
NUMINOUS SINISTER WAY:
Can those of the Sinister Way uphold the Numinous Way at the same time? I’m sure it’s possible, since both ways came out of the same mind and share many fundamental concepts in common.
It seems contradicting for the Sinister folk of the ONA to have empathy and compassion for all people and care for their suffering. This contradiction is born from a misunderstanding of the ONA and it’s Sinister Way. Sinister here only means the “Left Hand” way, as opposed to the “Right Hand” way which rejects causal-carnal existence and Nature as abhorrent mode of existence to be transcended. Sinister suggests an atonement or harmony with Nature and carnal existence and all it would imply.
What exactly causes suffering in our modern age? First, what does suffering mean? In Pali (the language the Buddha spoke) “Suffering” is “Dhuga.” The word Dhuga is most often mistranslated as “evil.” The word Dhuga means trouble, heartache, worry, or mental, emotional, and physical pain.
Once we understand the basic meaning of suffering, we can then diagnose the cause: the State itself and the condition of being born and living in an impersonal State. Big worries like tyranny, oppression, abuse of personal liberty. Little worries of losing our jobs, loosing our homes, paying taxes, nobody wanting to mate with us because we’re not as pretty as the girl on the magazine.
Why is the condition of existing in a State or Nation a prime cause of human suffering? Because we are highly social organism by default and within the state we are individualized and separated into autonomous, self-reliant units. The same psychosis or mental and physical anguish can be replicated by taking an ape or ant or bee away from it’s folk/group/colony. Although the said organisms can; by themselves eat and forage for food; they will mentally deteriorate and die.
The power and authority of the State is not one of consent, but division, robbery, extortion, exploitation, and forced complicity. If a highly social organism of higher organic order is separated from it’s pack – such as a dog or monkey – it must attach itself emotionally, physically, and psychologically to a surrogate Clan or Tribe, and become dependent on it for it’s survival. Once the State has individualized the Clan into nuclear “families” and further destroyed the mutual dependency of the “family” unit into self dependent Individuals – those individual units emotionally makes the State and/or Corporation as a surrogate Clan or Tribe. Thus the individualized unit becomes dependent on a very impersonal institution which exploits it.
The State is a major cause and source of our human suffering in our modern age, simply because it is impersonal, exploitative, and because it has brainwashed it’s slaves into believing that tribalism is primitive and others can’t be trusted. It’s a game of divide and conquer. They break down the Clan, and having no-one else to depend on, you must depend on the State.
Returning to Clan life – that is – a group of interdependent folk; is not just a hippy vision or nostalgic desire to return to more primal – more human – ways of living. It’s an act of disrupting and sabotaging the power monopoly the State holds. It is an act of personal honour and duty to ourselves and our own children. The very fact that the State passes laws to illegalize certain aspects of Clan life or organized tribalism such as – favoritism, nepotism, cronyism, and poligamy – reveals the State’s underlining fear of a fully functioning, self-sufficiant Clan.
We’ve given State and Nation thousands of years to test itself in the real causal world to prove itself beneficial to humanity as a whole. So far all it has done for the past thousands of years is war, genocide, and exploit humanity. Such a system of existence is detrimental to progression of the Human species and our evolution towards our galactic destiny. It is out of compassion and empathy for humanity, that the Sinister folk work towards the extinction of States and Nations. To once and for all end humanity’s chief cause of suffering.
If we can empathize with our fellow creatures, and feel their suffering… If we have genuine compassion for our fellow humans, and want a better life and existence for them. Then we must desire to seek out the actual cause of their suffering and destroy it: the State itself. Destroying the State to engineer a better kind of human civilization via aeonics, is what the ONA was designed to do in the first place.
The State is not the only cause of modern human suffering: the Corporation and the heartless individuals and families who maintain State and Corporate power and domination are also major threats to our freedom, and human progression. Which brings us to the concept of Culling and Opfers. It not an aimless slaughter of victims sacrificed to Dark Gods. The ONA has rules and guidelines for culling and opfers. There is a method to the madness – a reason. The intended victims deserve to be culled because they are ones that perpetuate suffering. Our suffering, and the suffering of our fellow humans.
We owe it to ourselves… to our personal honour, and the duty we owe to our Clansman, to work to destroy our folk’s antagonists – the very source of our suffering itself. This is done not only by Culling; but also by striving to enlighten and awaken the outsiders; Presencing the Dark; teaching the Numinous Way; Code of Honour; and Reichfolk NS to them and to our own children. We must teach them that recreating Clans – harmonizing ourselves with our human nature – to create symbiotic social orders of mutual aid and mutual dependency will greatly reduce our human suffering in half.
TRANSITION & PROGRESSION:
More than likely – reasonably – we’re not going to blow up States into extinction anytime soon. Such things cannot be forced; because in essence the people who are suffering themselves make up the “State.” Thus enlightening them and encouraging them to form their own Clans is a very important step towards destroying the monopoly of rule of the State.
Reasonably, our own 352, and future Clans and Tribes will take time to grow and evolve into fully functioning self-reliant social orders. When that time comes, colonization of the world’s international oceans is the first step in gaining independence and working towards gaining the experience needed to colonize space. Getting to even this stage of progression from here is an ordeal in itself which requires transgenerational – aeonic – strategy and planning; called “Chronomorphic Incubation” in 352.
Our own Progeny is the KEY factor Chronomorphic Incubation. These children must be raised in Clan culture, then each sent to colleges and universities to study in specific fields which will help us transition from an earth bound Clan into a stellar Clan. Because children are crucial to chronomorphic incubation, Clan sisters are extremely important assets – we make babies.
Each generation must be eugenically and aeonically designed to function at maximum capacity within the era it/they will mature in. For instance, here in Southern California where the Latin population out numbers other races; these Latinos, will in the near future politically dominate this region. It would serve our interests here to have some of our future progeny mixed with Latino blood, to do better in the corporate and political arena here.
Transition and chronomorphic incubation also requires money. Without money transitioning is near impossible unless you raise a small army of rebels and conquer one of those barely functioning African nations. This would mean that our Clan must have business as a fundamental objective. To beat the 10 Percenters (the Enemy); we must learn to play the game as they play it; not as they teach in schools. Going to school to be an employee benefits nobody but the Enemy and prolongs human suffering. Working cooperatively to seek financial independence and the establishment of future corporations helps end suffering – at least our own suffering.
The reason why colonization of the ocean is important is because we must be sovereign to do as we please, without the policies, ethics, and limitations of the State and Religion. We need a place were science can progress and advanced in any direction uninhibited.
The State itself cannot help us manifest our galactic destiny. It neither has the power or money. What money it does have, it spends on military arms build up not scientific advancement and human progression. It’s very own nature – being a State – does not allow it to change itself to become a better form of human civilization. Trying to change the orthodoxy of your State is call treason. We have also learned from recent events that the economy of a State is fragile. The richest State in the world – USA – is near total bankruptcy and will never be able to pay its debt off.
The key to a near future colonization of space rests in the concept of inter-clan cooperation in the form of collective monetary investments in intertribal corporations. By this I mean that corporations are the only current institution with the people power and money to colonize space.
The first steps to colonizing space will be a corporate venture of exploitation and commercialization of space and lunar minerals. It would be up to each Clan to by shares of these corporations. In the same way that old world families bought shares in companies which colonized the new world and India. Many of today’s nations actually began as business ventures of English and other European companies.
CLANAMATION:
As Myatt pointed out, Clans are the future and a causal manifestation of putting the principles of empathy and compassion into real practice. To empathize with our own Clan folk. To care for them, as they will for us. To provide for them, as they will provide for us. To labor for their needs and interests, as they will work to satisfy our own needs and interests. To work together towards self-reliance for the sake of our progeny, so they may inherit a better life, free of the suffering that plagues our own.
By adopting and implementing the “Myattian Imperative,” and working towards a reasonable manifestation of a functioning Clan; our 352 will be setting itself apart from other ONA nexions; and other modern institutions. Taking a progressive step forwards into the future, if you will. Thus, we can’t convert or force others to join our nexion. This nexion of ours must itself attract to it those that resonate with our aura who will live by our oaths, rules, laws, and by the Code of Honour; and the Myattian Way. With time, so long as our children and generations continue to reach for the stars, we will slowly make our way towards that Numinous Dark above.

Anton Long – A Short Chronology of His Life
Introduction and Disclaimer:
This is the latest, updated, version (1.15a, January 120yf) and supersedes all previous versions.
I have pieced this Chronology together from a variety of sources, including some unpublished ones, some Internet items, and some articles published in various printed magazines, newspapers, and books. I have also, on occasion, used information supplied by various contacts of mine who are familiar with the life and works of both David Myatt and Anton Long.
This unofficial Chronology is based on the assumption that Anton Long is a pseudonym of David Myatt.
Thus, it is an amalgam of the assumed life of Anton Long – taken from the above mentioned variety of sources – and information about Myatt obtained from a similar variety of sources.
In the interests of fairness, I must point out that Myatt himself still continues, publicly and privately and consistently, to deny being Anton Long, and publicly and privately denies any invovlement with the ONA, and affirms his continuing commitment to Islam.
All errors, mistakes, omissions, and the unintentional reproduction of disinformation, in this Chronology, are entirely my fault.

1969 – 71
^ Seeking Promethean challenges, he becomes, for around nine months, a cat-burglar, and targets premises in London, expressing delight in the risks and the physical challenges, especially when access is through entries such as upper floor windows and roofs. He tests each “mark” personally – in terms of their individual character – before deciding if their premises, domestic or business (or both, but often just business and commercial premises), merit his attention, and later uses the experience gained to refine the ONA’s guidelines for the testing of opfers.

^ 1971: Becomes disenchanted with University, and spends more time traveling around the country attending political meetings, rallies and demonstrations, as well as working with a small Left Hand Path group, based in Yorkshire, called The Temple of the Sun, and visiting and staying with his lady friend, the brothel owner, in London where he occasionally helps out with running the business
On several occasions, he acts as Colin Jordan’s bodyguard at BM meetings and rallies.
He meets, via a contact in a Manchester Left Hand Path group, the Lady Master, of a traditional Sinister group, whose daughter initiates him into their reclusive sinister ways, and he spends many weeks staying with them, studying, and recording, their aural traditions after which his new Lady Master and her daughter emigrate to Australia, leaving him in charge of their very small Left Hand Path group, numbering less than thirteen people, to which group he gives the name Order of Nine Angles. The young lady who initiates him subsequently (and in Australia) gives birth to Myatt’s daughter, whom Myatt only meets decades later. She and her mother have stipulated that Myatt should have no contact with them, nor try to find them, unless they contact him, a stipulation which he, honorably, honors.
1971-1974: Leeds and the NDFM
^ 1971: Finally leaves University after meeting and becoming friends with Eddy Morrison at several neo-nazi rallies and meetings in Leeds, and moves, early in 1972, to live in Leeds, where he is active on behalf of BM and other neo-nazi groups, and where, in the following months – after yet another violent skirmish – he is arrested for his part in a “Paki-bashing” incident involving a gang of skinheads, for which he is subsequently sent to Prison, having been identified as the leader of that gang.
^ 1973: On release from prison he decides to form, with Eddy Morrison, his own neo-nazi group, the NDFM (National Democratic Freedom Movement), with Morrison as leader and himself in charge of propaganda.
Also forms a small criminal gang to “re-distribute some of the wealth stolen by big capitalist firms”, believing that these are “victimless crimes”. He is to be arrested, early in 1974, for his part in these crimes, after an investigation and raids by the Yorkshire Regional Crime Squad (later to become part of the National Crime Squad, which dealt with “serious and organized crime”). Following his arrest, Myatt is charged with several crimes, held on remand in prison, and is subsequently found guilty, and given a suspended Prison sentence.
He is invited to join the underground neo-nazi group Column 88 (a part of NATO’s clandestine Gladio network, with links to MI5 and MI6), which he does, and regularly attends their training sessions, meetings and camps. C88 is led by a former Special Forces Army officer, and its main NATO given task was to conduct sabotage and assassinations in the event of a Soviet invasion.
In early 1974 Myatt gives his first interview to a newspaper journalist, who subsequently reneges on his promise to show Myatt a draft before it is published, and who publishes a sensationalist and untrue story about Myatt and Satanism which appears on the front-page of the local evening newspaper, complete with Myatt’s photograph. The sensationalist claims includes stories of animal sacrifice, and Myatt is interviewed by both the RSPCA, and the Police, about these stories, with both the RSPCA and the Police concluding that they are journalistic invention. The reporter subsequently becomes ill and dies, after a lingering illness, less than a year later. Anton Long was to later write that he never did and never would sacrifice any animals since there was an abundance of human dross suitable as opfers.
Myatt makes several visits to Northern Ireland, traveling on the overnight ferry from Liverpool to Belfast, describing these as “visits of a curious tourist”.
^ 1974: the ultra-violent NDFM year where Myatt regularly speaks at public meetings and rallies, smashes up an anti-Apartheid exhibition (twice), assaults an anti-fascist photographer, and gets arrested at least five times for violent offenses, including wading into a Trades Union march and destroying one of their banners. Speaks at Speakers Corner, Hyde Park, to a crowd of nearly a thousand, and at an outdoor rally on Leeds Town Hall steps, to a crowd of several hundred, which ends in a mass brawl, and with him being arrested again. A few months later he appears in Court, and is sent to Prison, again, for his part in “inciting and leading” the fighting during yet another mass brawl.
1975-1981: ONA Insight Roles
On his release from Prison, he grows a beard, and becomes – for several months – a “Gentleman of the Road” (a drifter or vagabond), then settles down to live alone in a caravan in a field in the Fenlands to begin codifying and extensively developing ONA teachings. He undertakes the physical tasks described in the aural traditions he has inherited, then the grade Ritual of Internal Adept, in the Highlands of Scotland (near Loch Ness), afterwards resuming his regular visits to his lady friend, and her girls, in London, who have moved to new premises.
He decides he must spend many years personally trying out – and the refining, from experience – various ONA techniques, including Insight Roles, and opts to enter the noviciate of a Nazarene monastery where he spends nearly two years, during which he continues his Occult studies.
Not long after he leaves the monastery, he moves to Shropshire, resumes his Occult writings, begins writing about National Socialism, and meets the women whom he marries some months later. He successfully undertakes another Insight Role and completes all the new physical challenges he has developed, for External Adept, and described in Complete Guide To The Seven-Fold Sinister Way – having considered the ones he has inherited, and already undertaken, as “just too easy”.
Begins work as a gardener at a country house in Shropshire, and occasionally travels overseas, while continuing his association with Column 88, attending their clandestine meetings and training sessions.
1982-1988:
Settled, in Shropshire, he begins writing in earnest about National Socialism, and publishes Vindex: The Destiny of The West and other works of his fourteen volume National-Socialist Series. Begins translating Greek literature, and publishes his translations of Sappho and Sophocles. Regularly writes for a variety of NS and nationalist publications (under his own name and using a variety of ‘nyms) including for John Tyndall’s Spearhead magazine. Privately teaches a few individuals Martial Arts, and completes The Deofel Quartet, and his voluminous ONA works, which he begins to distribute via Thormynd Press and other outlets. These ONA works include early editions of Naos, Hostia, and Black Book of Satan, Part 1
In the middle 80’s he is interviewed by the Police about the murder of a local woman (Hilda Murrell) who was an active supporter of nuclear disarmament, and is also interviewed by Jenny Rathbone, of ITV’s World in Action, about the affair (although his comments were never broadcast), suspicions having been raised in some quarters as to whether Myatt was doing some “dirty work” for MI5. Someone – who was also suspected of “dirty tricks” for MI5, knew someone who knew Myatt – committed suicide before he could be questioned about the murder, and the murder was to spawn various “conspiracy theories” although, decades later, the real murderer was found, charged and imprisoned.
A few years after this incident, Myatt divorces his wife (she goes off to live with a younger lady) and he disbands the few, and small, ceremonial ONA groups that exist and which he still leads, having returned to, and further developed, the more traditional way of individual Initiates working alone with perchance some guidance.
With Column 88 disbanded after its existence became public knowledge, he regularly travels the UK to recruit (at neo-nazi and nationalist meetings and events) members for his clandestine neo-nazi group, the Aryan Resistance Movement (later, Aryan Liberation Army) whose candidates he tests by methods deriving from the ONA, but finds only a few suitable individuals.
1989-1993:
Still living in Shropshire, he marries again, and travels many times to Egypt and other parts of Africa (where he again visits his father’s grave which lies somewhere “between the Bangweulu swamp and the Lulua river”). He publishes further NS writings, more ONA material, and a translation of The Agamemnon by Aeschylus, and – following the untimely death of his second wife from cancer – he begins a course in Arabic at a British University only to leave after a short while to cycle through the Sahara Desert (from Cairo to El-Kharga oasis via Farafra), returning to move to live near the Herefordshire-Worcestershire border and work on a farm.
He then becomes involved with Combat 18, a group started not by Myatt himself but by Charlie Sargent, and his brother, Steve.
1994-1999: Combat 18 and The London Nail Bombings
During these years, he returns again to being publicly active on behalf of National Socialism, attending meetings and events organized by C18 and other neo-nazi groups, and again speaking in public. Several articles about him appear in the anti-fascist magazine Searchlight, and in other magazines, and Liberty Bell, in America, publish most of his Thormynd National-Socialist Series of NS essays. A booklet, attributed to Myatt, announcing the formation of a leaderless resistance racist group, “The White Wolves”, is distributed, containing practical advice on making home-made bombs. Myatt issues a bi-monthly NS publication, The National-Socialist, in support of C18. He also marries for the third time, to live (after a honeymoon in The Maldives) in what one Midlands newspaper subsequently reported (complete with photograph) as a “luxury detached four-bedroomed house” in a small village near the town of Malvern.
Not long after settling there, Myatt travels to Australia, having received an unexpected invitation from the lady who initiated him into what was to become the ONA to attend the funeral of her mother, and Myatt there meets his daughter for the first time, who is a married woman with children of her own.
Myatt continues to clandestinely recruit for his covert Aryan Resistance Movement (ARM), his terrorist manual A Practical Guide to Aryan Revolution – described as a “detailed step-by-step guide for terrorist insurrection” – is put on the Internet for the first-time by someone in Canada, and there are rumors of Myatt receiving financial support from a former member of Hitler’s Waffen SS.
He makes further visits to Northern Ireland, flying from Manchester Airport to ‘Derry, describing these visits as “coastal and hill walks; enjoying the solitude and scenery.”
During 1997, C18 splits into two factions, the disloyal faction being led by someone called Browning who was accused by Charlie and others of stealing C18 funds, and Charlie Sargent is arrested for the murder of a Browning supporter. Myatt, remaining loyal to Charlie, forms and leads The National-Socialist Movement, after getting Colin Jordan’s permission to use that name, and all the members of C18 loyal to Charlie join this group, which includes several serving soldiers of the British Army. Myatt appears at Charlie’s trial to give him public support and twice publicly challenges Browning to a duel with deadly weapons but Browning fails to accept these challenges to a private duel. A photograph of Myatt with a woman (a C18 member) – outside the Court at Chelmsford – appears in Searchlight together with a description of the continuing feud between the two C18 factions.
Myatt is interviewed at an Inn in Craven Arms, Shropshire, by Nick Lowles of Searchlight, who – fearful of Myatt’s reputation as man of violence who “always carries a weapon” – brings along a “minder” and declines Myatt’s suggestion to meet elsewhere, fearing an ambush. Unknown to Lowles, several supporters of Myatt are already present in the Inn. Lowles tries to get Myatt to admit to being Anton Long, mentioning a PO Box in Hereford which he claims is “proof”, but Myatt politely replies that he was, for a short while only, merely doing a favor for a long-standing friend whose views he did not share. Lowles eventually gets angry – shouting at Myatt: “Why don’t you just admit it!” – but Myatt remains calm and polite and repeats his denial. Myatt was later to write that he had mentioned this friend several times before, including to Professor Jeffrey Kaplan (see footnote #51 of Kaplan’s book Nation and Race). Myatt was to later publicly challenge Lowles to a duel with deadly weapons for spreading lies and making malicious allegations about him, a challenge which Lowles did not accept, leading Myatt to publicly call him “a dishonourable lying coward”.
In the early months of 1998, a squad of detectives from Scotland Yard’s SO12 unit conduct a Dawn raid on Myatt’s home and arrest him. His house is searched by seven Police officers for over seven hours, and computers, literature and other items are seized, while Myatt is taken away for questioning. (Myatt is formally arrested and cautioned by DC Mark Whalley, of S012, Scotland Yard.) Myatt is later released on bail, while the Police continue what is to be a three year long investigation into charges relating to incitement to murder, conspiracy to murder, and incitement to racial hatred, with this investigation involving Interpol, the FBI, MI6, and the Canadian Police. Myatt is again the subject of an article in Searchlight, who post a photograph of him on their front cover, with the heading The Most Evil Nazi in Britain. It later transpires that Nick Lowles and Gerry Gable, of Searchlight, and Michael Whine, of the Board of Deputies of British Jews, are the people responsible for putting pressure on Scotland Yard to arrest Myatt, having made an official complaint against him and his neo-nazi activities.
Some months after Charlie Sargent is sent to prison for murder, Myatt resigns as leader of the NSM, to concentrate on his own Reichsfolk and ARM organizations. Then, quietly, with no announcement either public or private, in September of 1998 Myatt converts to Islam at a Mosque in the Midlands.
In 1999 David Copeland – a member of Myatt’s NSM – begins his campaign to start a racial war by exploding three nail-bombs in various areas of London. Three people are killed, and over a hundred are injured, many seriously. Copeland is arrested soon after the last bomb explodes, and before he could detonate more bombs.
Prior to Copeland’s trial, Myatt is questioned by Police officers from Scotland Yard’s Anti-Terrorism branch about Copeland, but denies any connection, and he is also confronted by a reporter from the BBC’s Panorama program who asks him the same question.
Following Copeland’s trial and conviction, a year later, the BBC Panorama program about Copeland is broadcast (with Myatt’s voice altered by BBC special effects at the suggestion of Nick Lowles), accusing Myatt of being Copeland’s mentor, and there are subsequently many other Media reports about Myatt and Copeland, with journalists arriving at Myatt’s home and place of work (a farm) in an effort to interview him. Myatt declines to answer any of their questions, and instead issues a public statement in which he stated: “I personally regret nothing. There is nothing to apologize for; nothing to plead or feel guilty about…”
Every six months or so (and until 2001), the Police continue to formally interrogate Myatt (mostly at Charing Cross Police Station, in London, but on one occasion at Oxford Police Station) regarding Copeland, A Practical Guide to Aryan Revolution, and other matters relating to the charges still pending against him.
2000-2008:
Myatt continues – until the end of 2000 – to issue editions of his The National-Socialist newsletter, as he continues to write about National Socialism, and lead Reichsfolk. At the beginning of 2001, the Police inform Myatt that they have dropped all charges against him, and return his computers and other belongings.
In the Summer of 2000, Myatt, according to one source, travels to Iran, from whence he crosses over to Iraq. He begins to write about Islam and in particular articles about and praising Osama bin Laden and the Taliban. In the Summer of 2001, Myatt leaves his wife, citing “irreconcilable differences” mostly to do with his Islam, sells the house, and goes to briefly stay with CB (and his female partner) on a farm in Shropshire for a few months, before becoming, for some months, a “Gentleman of the Road” in the fells of Cumbria.
He then settles in a town in the north of England, together with a new girlfriend, producing more writings about both Islam and what he calls The Numinous Way. After around six months, he moves again to begin work on a rural farm, visiting Egypt several times, while continuing to produce more polemical Islamist writings and continuing to try and get neo-nazis to cooperate with radical Muslims in order to fight “the tyrannical New World Order, the dishonourable profane Zionist led Crusade alliance…” and, of this cooperation, Professor George Michael was later to write that Myatt has “arguably done more than any other theorist to develop a synthesis of the extreme right and Islam.”
Between 2003 and 2006 Myatt concentrates on writing about, and being involved with, Islam, earning a reputation as a radical Islamist, a supporter of both “suicide attacks”, and of Osama bin Laden. One of his articles justifying suicide attacks is, for several years, on the Izz al-Din al-Qassam (the military wing) section of the Hamas website whose members have killed hundreds of Jews in such attacks. Myatt, in many essays and on Internet forums, in various interviews and discussions, and using his Muslim names including Abdul Aziz, defends both the 9/11 and the London 7/7 attacks.
In 2005, he is mentioned at a NATO conference On Terrorism and Communications, in Slovakia, where it is stated that he has called upon “all enemies of the Zionists to embrace the Jihad, the ‘true martial religion’ which will most effectively fight against the Jews and the Americans.”
In 2006, he takes part in an “on-line” dialog, on a well-known and respected Islamic website, answering questions from Muslims world-wide. He is the subject of a full-page article (complete with color photograph) in The Times, of London, newspaper – under the topic Muslim Extremists in Britain – and is subsequently asked by several other newspapers for interviews, and invited to appear on an Arabic television station to discuss his support for bin Laden, all of which offers he declines.
Also in 2006, Myatt – as Abdul-Aziz ibn Myatt – is mentioned at the grandly named NATO Advanced Research Workshop on Hypermedia Seduction for Terrorist Recruiting, held at Eilat, in “Israel”.
Recent Islamist articles of his include essays such as In Reply to Sheikh Salman b. Fahd al-Oadah (where he again defends bin Laden), The Revival of Aql, and The Aims of Al-Qaeda which is translated into many languages, including Italian.
Despite his involvement with Islam, rumors persist concerning Myatt continuing to be involved with the ONA, and continuing to develop his Numinous Way philosophy, and, between 2006 and 2008 dozens of new and revised articles about The Numinous Way are distributed. In early 2009 The Numinous Way Foundation issues a compilation of these revised and new articles. In the late Fall of 2008 – as in some previous years – rumors began circulating that Myatt had abandoned Islam in favor of his The Numinous Way, but Myatt himself denies this, claiming he is still a Muslim, and continues to write and publish Islamist articles, such as The Zionist Attacks on Gaza, dated 8 Muharram 1430 (i.e. January 2009).

Seems that the “a nazi hacker stole my brain” story (or some such nonsense) – by anonymous coward – is set to run and run as anonymous coward sets up more blogs and posts on more forums and message boards, world wide, in a new concerted effort to discredit Mr David Myatt aka Abdul-Aziz Ibn Myatt.
Anonymous coward has even taken to doctoring one of the photographs of Myatt taken by the BBC’s Panorama team in 2000 when they confronted Myatt with the claim that he had inspired David Copeland’s brief reign of terror on the streets of London in 1998.
Anonymous coward makes claims such as the following:
” For several years, Anton Long has been involved in a series of attacks on disabled people. He has many fake identities on the BBC Ouch! message board, and is stealing data from vulnerable people who use BBC OUCH …”
But – wait a minute – where is the evidence that Mr Long has been involved in a series of attacks on disabled people? Where is the evidence that he has many fake identities on this message board, or indeed, on any others? Just how does anonymous coward know that it is Mr A. Long posting such message? And so on, and so on, etcetera.
Now – wait just another minute – where is the evidence for the long standing claim that this Anton Long character is Myatt?
Thus, we ask the anonymous coward to do the following: (1) report your accusations of “hacking” and harassment (and such like) to the British Police, and then publish details of when, where and to whom you made your report; (2) please do try and provide and publish some evidence. Evidence, by the way, is not the same as: innuendo, malicious allegations, rumours, suspicion, supposition, disinformation, libel and slander; (3) please do refrain from argumentum ad hominem and wild flights of fancy, such as the ludicrous claim that someone replying to your plethora of posts (to point out your lack of evidence, and your errors) is somehow ‘stalking’ you.

Finally, it is worth asking, again: why all these rumours, allegations, all this disinformation, all these suppositions about, all these attempts to libel, slander, smear and discredit Myatt, for over two decades? Why such a concerted campaign against him for over two decades? Why so much hatred directed at this one man? Just who hates, and/or fears, Myatt so much that there is this long lived vendetta against him?
Is there some clue, perhaps, in Myatt’s life long battle against what he calls ” the perfidy of the Zionists, and their allies…” ?

Loyal readers of this AboutMyatt blog – yes, all seven of nine of you! – may recall that the anonymous coward plagued message boards and forums, world wide, with claims of someone [hint, hint; wink, wink; nudge, nudge] – an alleged nazi – hacking into people’s computers in order to get personal details and then harassing those people in a horrid way, both in cyberspace, and in the real world. In order to make these totally unverified accusations seem even more horrid, the anonymous coward making the accusations made a point of claiming that “disabled people” were specifically being targeted.
The new claims are basically a variation on the old theme, except that the anonymous coward now claims that someone [hint, hint; wink, wink; nudge, nudge] has in fact set up various messages boards and forums for the specific purpose of doing all this, including – believe it or not – Black British Forums and BN Village.
Enough said, perhaps. But perhaps not. For we would like to point out again that these old – and new – claims – are not only crazily fanciful in the best paranoid delusional way – but also totally lacking credibility to the sagacious because they contain not one piece of evidence.
The anonymous coward was even challenged, last year, to report the matter to the Police, who would be most interested in such activities, and who would most certainly launch an investigation into the matter, if there was any evidence at all, even if only circumstantial.
When challenged, on one particular forum last year to do this, the anonymous coward replied – anonymously, of course – that they had done so, and that the Police just weren’t interested. Which beggars belief – unless the Police, having been given no evidence or verifiable facts in the matter – had also dismissed them as fantasies. But, even so, the Police would have been obliged to record the matter and to give the person an “incident number”. When asked for this “incident number” – or even the name of the Police Officer see, or even the Police Station where the report was made, the anonymous coward was strangely silent.
Which, of course, leads one to conclude there was no report made to the Police, and that the whole story is just more anti-Myatt disinformation; more poisonous slurs and smears against David Myatt.
On the matter of disinformation, and of slurring people in general for a political purpose, British readers will surely have read or heard about the recent plot, by one Damian McBride – friend, and advisor to the British Prime Minister Gordon Brown – to smear David Cameron, the Conservative Party leader, and other political figures. Which reveals, in its details, not only how the tactic is used, but also how commonplace such dishonourable tactics have become in the societies of the West.
Which leads us to ask: (1) why is David Myatt the subject, yet again, of another smear campaign? and (2) what does or do the person or the people behind this current campaign hope to achieve?
To answer the second question first: they hope, obviously, to discredit the man. Which leads us to the first question: why? Perhaps because they are worried about his influence? Worried about the impact of his writings? If so, what influence, and what writings? His previous incarnation as a fanatical nazi? Or his more recent incarnation as a Muslim (Abdul Aziz Ibn Myatt), preaching Jihad against “the Zionists and their Western allies”? Or both, since it does appear as if – despite his conversion to Islam and his total rejection of his former nazi views (1, 2, 3) – many people of the so-called “radical Right” still read, and often still appreciate, his NS writings.
Which all leads us to other questions. Questions such as, just who are these people who have – for over twenty years – being spreading rumours, making allegations, and propagating disinformation about Myatt? What is their agenda? Questions such as, just what have they seen, or understand or intimated, about Myatt that they consider him such a threat as to warrant such a long-lived campaign of lies, disinformation and smears? What have we, the audience for such lies, disinformation and smears, been missing, or misunderstanding about Myatt for so many years?
However, what I, personally, find particularly interesting about the whole matter of this decades-long disinformation and smear campaign against Myatt is how different people react to it. Myatt’s former political associates – the nazi and the “white nationalists” – by and large act dishonourably and either believe the disinformation, the rumours and the smear, or they mindlessly parrot them whenever Myatt is mentioned (often, of course, they do both). In a different league, altogether, it appears, are the Muslims, who either dismiss the disinformation and smears “out of hand”, or they come to Myatt’s defence, as they did, for example, of the IA forum when Myatt’s notorious zionist stalker started posting his lies.
Now, which one of these two groups of people are acting correctly, when faced with such rumours, such disinformation, such smears – about Myatt – as are now being made, yet again? Which – maybe even more interestingly – leads one to ask just why do the Muslims, it seems, act in this honourable way?

About David Myatt
David Myatt (born 1950) – also known as Abdul-Aziz ibn Myatt – is British Muslim and a former neo-nazi.
Before his conversion to Islam in 1998, Myatt was the first leader of the British National Socialist Movement (NSM), and was identified by the British newspaper, The Observer, as the “ideological heavyweight” behind the violent neo-nazi group Combat 18 whose founder and leader, Charlie Sargent, was convicted, in 1998, of murder, sentenced to life imprisonment, with a recommendation that he serve at least 14 years in jail.
Following his conversion to Islam, Myatt dissociated himself from nationalism and racialism, and openly wrote and spoke about racism being unethical and dishonorable.
During his three-decade long involvement with neo-nazism, Myatt authored thousands of essays and pamphlets about National Socialism, in many of which he describes the Holocaust as “a hoax”. Following his conversion to Islam, he began writing about Islam, and so far has produced hundreds of articles, many of which advocate Islamic martyrdom operations, express support for Osama bin Laden, and the Taliban, and, in line with Al Qaida’s radical Islamist stance, support the killing of non-combatants. One of Myatt’s articles justifying suicide attacks was, for several years, on the Izz al-Din al-Qassam (the military wing) section of the Hamas website.
An April 2005 NATO workshop heard that Myatt had called on “all enemies of the Zionists to embrace the Jihad” against Jews and the United States. Political scientist Professor George Michael wrote that Myatt has “arguably done more than any other theorist to develop a synthesis of the extreme right and Islam.”
Myatt first came to public attention in 1999, a year after his conversion to Islam, when a pamphlet he wrote many years earlier, A Practical Guide to Aryan Revolution, described as a “detailed step-by-step guide for terrorist insurrection,” was said to have inspired David Copeland, who left nailbombs in areas frequented by London’s black, Asian, and gay communities. Three people died and 129 were injured in the explosions, several of them losing limbs.
Myatt was also, for many years, a member of the secret British paramilitary organization Column 88, which, it has been alleged, was part of the NATO “stay-behind” Gladio network, designed to conduct sabotage and assassinations in the events of a Soviet Invasion of Western Europe.
In addition to writing about Islam and National Socialism, Myatt has translated works by Sophocles, Sappho, Aeschylus, and Homer, and has written several collections of poems and some Occult horror stories.
It has been alleged that Myatt – using the pseudonym Anton Long – was and is the current Grand Master of the Order of Nine Angles, a Left Hand Path, or Black Magick, Occult group.
Personal life
Myatt grew up in East Africa, and later in the Far East, where he studied the martial arts. He moved to England in 1967 to complete his schooling, and began a degree in Physics but did not complete it, leaving his studies to focus on his political activism. He is reported to live in the Midlands and to have been married three times.
The British anti-fascist magazine Searchlight has written of him: “He does not have the appearance of a Nazi ideologue … Sporting a long ginger beard, Barbour jacket, cords and a tweed flat cap, he resembles an eccentric country gentleman out for a Sunday ramble. But Myatt is anything but the country squire, for beneath this seemingly innocuous exterior is a man of extreme and calculated hatred.”
Political scientist Professor George Michael has written that Myatt is an “intriguing theorist,” with a reported IQ of 187, who has embarked over the years on a series of “Faustian quests.” He studied Taoism and spent time in a Buddhist and later a Christian monastery, and is alleged to have explored the occult, as well as Paganism and what Michael calls “quasi-Satanic” secret societies.
Political activism
Myatt joined Colin Jordan’s British Movement, a neo-Nazi group, in 1968, where he sometimes acted as Jordan’s bodyguard at meetings and rallies. From the 70s until the 90s, he remained involved with paramilitary and neo-Nazi organizations such as Column 88 and Combat 18, and was imprisoned twice for violent offenses in connection with his political activism.
Myatt was the founder and first leader of the National Socialist Movement, of which David Copeland was a member. He also co-founded the neo-Nazi organization the NDFM (National Democratic Freedom Movement) which was active in Leeds, England, in the early 1970s, and founded and led the neo-Nazi Reichsfolk group.
Michael writes that Myatt took over the leadership of Combat 18 in 1998, when Charlie Sargent, the previous leader, was jailed for murder.
Alleged influence on David Copeland
In 1997, a pamphlet Myatt had written called A Practical Guide to Aryan Revolution was posted on a website run out of British Columbia, Canada, by Bernard Klatt. The pamphlet included chapter titles such as “Assassination,” “Terror Bombing,” and “Racial War.” According to Michael Whine of the Board of Deputies of British Jews, “the contents provided a detailed step-by-step guide for terrorist insurrection with advice on assassination targets, rationale for bombing and sabotage campaigns, and rules of engagement.”
In February 1998, Detectives from Scotland Yard raided Myatt’s home in Worcestershire, arrested him, and removed his computers and files. The case against him – involving allegations of incitement to murder, conspiracy to murder and incitement to racial hatred – was dropped after a three year international investigation because the evidence supplied by the Canadian authorities was not enough to secure a conviction.
It was this pamphlet that, in 1999, allegedly influenced David Copeland, the London nailbomber – also a member of Myatt’s National Socialist Movement – who planted homemade bombs in Brixton, Brick Lane, and inside the Admiral Duncan pub on Old Compton Street in London, frequented by the black, Asian, and gay communities respectively. Friends John Light, Nick Moore, and Andrea Dykes and her unborn child died in the Admiral Duncan pub. Copeland told police he had been trying to spark a “racial war.”
According to the BBC’s Panorama program about Copeland broadcast in 2000, when Myatt was leader of the NSM, he called for “the creation of racial terror with bombs.” Myatt is also quoted by Searchlight as having stated that “the primary duty of all National Socialists is to change the world. National Socialism means revolution: the overthrow of the existing System and its replacement with a National-Socialist society. Revolution means struggle: it means war. It means certain tactics have to be employed, and a great revolutionary movement organized which is primarily composed of those prepared to fight, prepared to get their hands dirty and perhaps spill some blood”.
According to another account:
“[A] case of interest is that of the former neo-Nazi ideologue David Myatt, who now goes by the name Abdul Aziz ibn Myatt. For much of his life, Myatt has been a propagandist, recruiter, and street thug for a number of neo-Nazi groups in Britain, and has spent time in prison for racist attacks. Perhaps he is most famous as the founder of the National Socialist Movement, a group whose members included the nailbomber and killer of three, David Copeland, and as the author of a terrorist manual entitled ‘The Practical Guide to Aryan Revolution’. Eventually, Myatt gave up on the idea of ‘Aryan Revolution’ and now embraces Jihadism instead.”
ONA
According to various sources, the Order of Nine Angles (ONA) was originally formed in England in the 1960s, with the merger of three neopagan temples called Camlad, The Noctulians, and Temple of the Sun. Following the original leader’s emigration to Australia, it has been alleged that Myatt took over the order and began writing the now publicly-available teachings of the ONA. The ONA now has associates, and groups, in the United States, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, South America, and Russia.
Author Nick Ryan has asserted that Anton Long, the author of the ONA’s public tracts, is a pseudonym of Myatt This assertion is repeated by Nicholas Goodrick-Clarke, who claims that Myatt was the founder of the ONA and writer of most of the ONA documents. The allegation has also been repeated many times by the anti-fascist Searchlight organization.
Myatt has always denied such allegations about involvement with the ONA, and using the pseudonym Anton Long, and repeatedly challenged anyone to provide any evidence of such allegations. In addition, Myatt challenged two journalists – Nick Lowles (from Searchlight) and Nick Ryan – to a duel for repeating such allegations, a challenge which they both declined.
Conversion to Islam
Myatt converted to Islam in 1998. He told writer George Michael that his decision to convert began when he took a job on a farm in England. He was working long hours in the fields and felt an affinity with nature, concluding that the sense of harmony he felt had not come about by chance. He told Michael that he was also impressed by the militancy of Islamist groups, and believed that he shared common enemies with Islam, namely “the capitalist-consumer West and international finance.”
Shortly after his conversion, some critics and observers suggested that Myatt’s conversion was insincere and “may be just a political ploy to advance his own failing anti-establishment agenda.”
Gerry Gable, from anti-fascist magazine Searchlight, said:
“Myatt is an ethereal character. He is a dangerous man who has twice been jailed for his violent right-wing activities and who openly asked for blood to be spilled in the quest for white Aryan domination. We believe… he remains a deeply intellectual subversive and is still one of the most hardline Nazi intellectuals in Britain today. Myatt believes in the disruption of existing societies as a prelude to the creation of a new more warrior-like Aryan society which he calls the Galactic Empire.”
Others, however, accepted his conversion as genuine, and – given Myatt’s voluminous writings in praise of Islam and his support for the Taliban and his acceptance by other Muslims – this acceptance of his conversion as genuine gradually became the general consensus, although the rumors regarding his conversion continued to persist.
The Numinous Way
In 2007 – as in some previous years – rumors began circulating that Myatt had abandoned Islam in favor of his own earlier philosophy, The Numinous Way, which he had allegedly, in the past few years, continued to develop.
However, Myatt himself has denied this, issuing several public statements in which he affirms that he is a Muslim. He has also continued, using his Muslim name of Abdul-Aziz, to write and publish Islamist articles, the most recent one being dated 15 Zul al-Qidah 1429 [November 2008] and entitled In Reply to John Hutton: Concerning the Infidel Invasion and Occupation of the Muslim land of Afghanistan.
According to one anonymous essay, The Numinous Way, as developed since 2006, is:
“A practical, and spiritual, way of living… providing answers to fundamental philosophical, and ethical, questions. The Numinous Way is apolitical. Empathy may be said to be the essence of The Numinous Way – empathy with life, with Nature; with other human beings; with the very Cosmos itself. From empathy arises compassion – the desire to cease to cause suffering, the desire to alleviate suffering – and honour is how we can do this, how we can restrain ourselves and so do the right, the moral, the empathic, thing.”
According to Myatt himself, writing as Abd al-Aziz:
“Over then years ago, I converted to Islam and, despite past and present rumours and disinformation, I am still a Muslim, Alhamdulillah, and I shall remain a Muslim, InshaAllah.
As for my own political views and opinions now, I have none. For I am a Muslim, and so view this world, and its peoples, according to Deen Al-Islam, striving to think according to Deen Al-Islam, and striving to live according to the laws and customs of Islam, as revealed in the Quran and through the words, deeds and example of the noble Prophet Muhammad (salla Allahu ‘alayhi wa sallam). My only loyalty and obedience is to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala.
As a Muslim, I regard the Way of Al-Islam as complete and perfect, and superior to the materialistic, arrogant, way of life which now dominates all the societies of the West. Thus, I reject nationalism, racialism, the kaffir-manufactured concept of “the State”, and all the other Tawagheet of the kuffar.”

This is the latest, updated, version (1.15a, January 120yf) and supersedes all previous versions.
I have pieced this Chronology together from a variety of sources, including some unpublished ones, some Internet items, and some articles published in various printed magazines, newspapers, and books. I have also, on occasion, used information supplied by various contacts of mine who are familiar with the life and works of both David Myatt and Anton Long.
This unofficial Chronology is based on the assumption that Anton Long is a pseudonym of David Myatt.
Thus, it is an amalgam of the assumed life of Anton Long – taken from the above mentioned variety of sources – and information about Myatt obtained from a similar variety of sources.
In the interests of fairness, I must point out that Myatt himself still continues, publicly and privately and consistently, to deny being Anton Long, and publicly and privately denies any invovlement with the ONA, and affirms his continuing commitment to Islam.
All errors, mistakes, omissions, and the unintentional reproduction of disinformation, in this Chronology, are entirely my fault.

1969 – 71
^ Seeking Promethean challenges, he becomes, for around nine months, a cat-burglar, and targets premises in London, expressing delight in the risks and the physical challenges, especially when access is through entries such as upper floor windows and roofs. He tests each “mark” personally – in terms of their individual character – before deciding if their premises, domestic or business (or both, but often just business and commercial premises), merit his attention, and later uses the experience gained to refine the ONA’s guidelines for the testing of opfers.
^ Leaves School to enter University, where he studies Physics
^ 1971: Becomes disenchanted with University, and spends more time traveling around the country attending political meetings, rallies and demonstrations, as well as working with a small Left Hand Path group, based in Yorkshire, called The Temple of the Sun, and visiting and staying with his lady friend, the brothel owner, in London where he occasionally helps out with running the business
On several occasions, he acts as Colin Jordan’s bodyguard at BM meetings and rallies.
He meets, via a contact in a Manchester Left Hand Path group, the Lady Master, of a traditional Sinister group, whose daughter initiates him into their reclusive sinister ways, and he spends many weeks staying with them, studying, and recording, their aural traditions after which his new Lady Master and her daughter emigrate to Australia, leaving him in charge of their very small Left Hand Path group, numbering less than thirteen people, to which group he gives the name Order of Nine Angles. The young lady who initiates him subsequently (and in Australia) gives birth to Myatt’s daughter, whom Myatt only meets decades later. She and her mother have stipulated that Myatt should have no contact with them, nor try to find them, unless they contact him, a stipulation which he, honorably, honors.
1971-1974: Leeds and the NDFM
^ 1971: Finally leaves University after meeting and becoming friends with Eddy Morrison at several neo-nazi rallies and meetings in Leeds, and moves, early in 1972, to live in Leeds, where he is active on behalf of BM and other neo-nazi groups, and where, in the following months – after yet another violent skirmish – he is arrested for his part in a “Paki-bashing” incident involving a gang of skinheads, for which he is subsequently sent to Prison, having been identified as the leader of that gang.
^ 1973: On release from prison he decides to form, with Eddy Morrison, his own neo-nazi group, the NDFM (National Democratic Freedom Movement), with Morrison as leader and himself in charge of propaganda.
Also forms a small criminal gang to “re-distribute some of the wealth stolen by big capitalist firms”, believing that these are “victimless crimes”. He is to be arrested, early in 1974, for his part in these crimes, after an investigation and raids by the Yorkshire Regional Crime Squad (later to become part of the National Crime Squad, which dealt with “serious and organized crime”). Following his arrest, Myatt is charged with several crimes, held on remand in prison, and is subsequently found guilty, and given a suspended Prison sentence.
He is invited to join the underground neo-nazi group Column 88 (a part of NATO’s clandestine Gladio network, with links to MI5 and MI6), which he does, and regularly attends their training sessions, meetings and camps. C88 is led by a former Special Forces Army officer, and its main NATO given task was to conduct sabotage and assassinations in the event of a Soviet invasion.
In early 1974 Myatt gives his first interview to a newspaper journalist, who subsequently reneges on his promise to show Myatt a draft before it is published, and who publishes a sensationalist and untrue story about Myatt and Satanism which appears on the front-page of the local evening newspaper, complete with Myatt’s photograph. The sensationalist claims includes stories of animal sacrifice, and Myatt is interviewed by both the RSPCA, and the Police, about these stories, with both the RSPCA and the Police concluding that they are journalistic invention. The reporter subsequently becomes ill and dies, after a lingering illness, less than a year later. Anton Long was to later write that he never did and never would sacrifice any animals since there was an abundance of human dross suitable as opfers.
Myatt makes several visits to Northern Ireland, traveling on the overnight ferry from Liverpool to Belfast, describing these as “visits of a curious tourist”.
^ 1974: the ultra-violent NDFM year where Myatt regularly speaks at public meetings and rallies, smashes up an anti-Apartheid exhibition (twice), assaults an anti-fascist photographer, and gets arrested at least five times for violent offenses, including wading into a Trades Union march and destroying one of their banners. Speaks at Speakers Corner, Hyde Park, to a crowd of nearly a thousand, and at an outdoor rally on Leeds Town Hall steps, to a crowd of several hundred, which ends in a mass brawl, and with him being arrested again. A few months later he appears in Court, and is sent to Prison, again, for his part in “inciting and leading” the fighting during yet another mass brawl.
1975-1981: ONA Insight Roles
On his release from Prison, he grows a beard, and becomes – for several months – a “Gentleman of the Road” (a drifter or vagabond), then settles down to live alone in a caravan in a field in the Fenlands to begin codifying and extensively developing ONA teachings. He undertakes the physical tasks described in the aural traditions he has inherited, then the grade Ritual of Internal Adept, in the Highlands of Scotland (near Loch Ness), afterwards resuming his regular visits to his lady friend, and her girls, in London, who have moved to new premises.
He decides he must spend many years personally trying out – and the refining, from experience – various ONA techniques, including Insight Roles, and opts to enter the noviciate of a Nazarene monastery where he spends nearly two years, during which he continues his Occult studies.
Not long after he leaves the monastery, he moves to Shropshire, resumes his Occult writings, begins writing about National Socialism, and meets the women whom he marries some months later. He successfully undertakes another Insight Role and completes all the new physical challenges he has developed, for External Adept, and described in Complete Guide To The Seven-Fold Sinister Way – having considered the ones he has inherited, and already undertaken, as “just too easy”.
Begins work as a gardener at a country house in Shropshire, and occasionally travels overseas, while continuing his association with Column 88, attending their clandestine meetings and training sessions.
1982-1988:
Settled, in Shropshire, he begins writing in earnest about National Socialism, and publishes Vindex: The Destiny of The West and other works of his fourteen volume National-Socialist Series. Begins translating Greek literature, and publishes his translations of Sappho and Sophocles. Regularly writes for a variety of NS and nationalist publications (under his own name and using a variety of ‘nyms) including for John Tyndall’s Spearhead magazine. Privately teaches a few individuals Martial Arts, and completes The Deofel Quartet, and his voluminous ONA works, which he begins to distribute via Thormynd Press and other outlets. These ONA works include early editions of Naos, Hostia, and Black Book of Satan, Part 1
In the middle 80’s he is interviewed by the Police about the murder of a local woman (Hilda Murrell) who was an active supporter of nuclear disarmament, and is also interviewed by Jenny Rathbone, of ITV’s World in Action, about the affair (although his comments were never broadcast), suspicions having been raised in some quarters as to whether Myatt was doing some “dirty work” for MI5. Someone – who was also suspected of “dirty tricks” for MI5, knew someone who knew Myatt – committed suicide before he could be questioned about the murder, and the murder was to spawn various “conspiracy theories” although, decades later, the real murderer was found, charged and imprisoned.
A few years after this incident, Myatt divorces his wife (she goes off to live with a younger lady) and he disbands the few, and small, ceremonial ONA groups that exist and which he still leads, having returned to, and further developed, the more traditional way of individual Initiates working alone with perchance some guidance.
With Column 88 disbanded after its existence became public knowledge, he regularly travels the UK to recruit (at neo-nazi and nationalist meetings and events) members for his clandestine neo-nazi group, the Aryan Resistance Movement (later, Aryan Liberation Army) whose candidates he tests by methods deriving from the ONA, but finds only a few suitable individuals.
1989-1993:
Still living in Shropshire, he marries again, and travels many times to Egypt and other parts of Africa (where he again visits his father’s grave which lies somewhere “between the Bangweulu swamp and the Lulua river”). He publishes further NS writings, more ONA material, and a translation of The Agamemnon by Aeschylus, and – following the untimely death of his second wife from cancer – he begins a course in Arabic at a British University only to leave after a short while to cycle through the Sahara Desert (from Cairo to El-Kharga oasis via Farafra), returning to move to live near the Herefordshire-Worcestershire border and work on a farm.
He then becomes involved with Combat 18, a group started not by Myatt himself but by Charlie Sargent, and his brother, Steve.
1994-1999: Combat 18 and The London Nail Bombings
During these years, he returns again to being publicly active on behalf of National Socialism, attending meetings and events organized by C18 and other neo-nazi groups, and again speaking in public. Several articles about him appear in the anti-fascist magazine Searchlight, and in other magazines, and Liberty Bell, in America, publish most of his Thormynd National-Socialist Series of NS essays. A booklet, attributed to Myatt, announcing the formation of a leaderless resistance racist group, “The White Wolves”, is distributed, containing practical advice on making home-made bombs. Myatt issues a bi-monthly NS publication, The National-Socialist, in support of C18. He also marries for the third time, to live (after a honeymoon in The Maldives) in what one Midlands newspaper subsequently reported (complete with photograph) as a “luxury detached four-bedroomed house” in a small village near the town of Malvern.
Not long after settling there, Myatt travels to Australia, having received an unexpected invitation from the lady who initiated him into what was to become the ONA to attend the funeral of her mother, and Myatt there meets his daughter for the first time, who is a married woman with children of her own.
Myatt continues to clandestinely recruit for his covert Aryan Resistance Movement (ARM), his terrorist manual A Practical Guide to Aryan Revolution – described as a “detailed step-by-step guide for terrorist insurrection” – is put on the Internet for the first-time by someone in Canada, and there are rumors of Myatt receiving financial support from a former member of Hitler’s Waffen SS.
He makes further visits to Northern Ireland, flying from Manchester Airport to ‘Derry, describing these visits as “coastal and hill walks; enjoying the solitude and scenery.”
During 1997, C18 splits into two factions, the disloyal faction being led by someone called Browning who was accused by Charlie and others of stealing C18 funds, and Charlie Sargent is arrested for the murder of a Browning supporter. Myatt, remaining loyal to Charlie, forms and leads The National-Socialist Movement, after getting Colin Jordan’s permission to use that name, and all the members of C18 loyal to Charlie join this group, which includes several serving soldiers of the British Army. Myatt appears at Charlie’s trial to give him public support and twice publicly challenges Browning to a duel with deadly weapons but Browning fails to accept these challenges to a private duel. A photograph of Myatt with a woman (a C18 member) – outside the Court at Chelmsford – appears in Searchlight together with a description of the continuing feud between the two C18 factions.
Myatt is interviewed at an Inn in Craven Arms, Shropshire, by Nick Lowles of Searchlight, who – fearful of Myatt’s reputation as man of violence who “always carries a weapon” – brings along a “minder” and declines Myatt’s suggestion to meet elsewhere, fearing an ambush. Unknown to Lowles, several supporters of Myatt are already present in the Inn. Lowles tries to get Myatt to admit to being Anton Long, mentioning a PO Box in Hereford which he claims is “proof”, but Myatt politely replies that he was, for a short while only, merely doing a favor for a long-standing friend whose views he did not share. Lowles eventually gets angry – shouting at Myatt: “Why don’t you just admit it!” – but Myatt remains calm and polite and repeats his denial. Myatt was later to write that he had mentioned this friend several times before, including to Professor Jeffrey Kaplan (see footnote #51 of Kaplan’s book Nation and Race). Myatt was to later publicly challenge Lowles to a duel with deadly weapons for spreading lies and making malicious allegations about him, a challenge which Lowles did not accept, leading Myatt to publicly call him “a dishonourable lying coward”.
In the early months of 1998, a squad of detectives from Scotland Yard’s SO12 unit conduct a Dawn raid on Myatt’s home and arrest him. His house is searched by seven Police officers for over seven hours, and computers, literature and other items are seized, while Myatt is taken away for questioning. (Myatt is formally arrested and cautioned by DC Mark Whalley, of S012, Scotland Yard.) Myatt is later released on bail, while the Police continue what is to be a three year long investigation into charges relating to incitement to murder, conspiracy to murder, and incitement to racial hatred, with this investigation involving Interpol, the FBI, MI6, and the Canadian Police. Myatt is again the subject of an article in Searchlight, who post a photograph of him on their front cover, with the heading The Most Evil Nazi in Britain. It later transpires that Nick Lowles and Gerry Gable, of Searchlight, and Michael Whine, of the Board of Deputies of British Jews, are the people responsible for putting pressure on Scotland Yard to arrest Myatt, having made an official complaint against him and his neo-nazi activities.
Some months after Charlie Sargent is sent to prison for murder, Myatt resigns as leader of the NSM, to concentrate on his own Reichsfolk and ARM organizations. Then, quietly, with no announcement either public or private, in September of 1998 Myatt converts to Islam at a Mosque in the Midlands.
In 1999 David Copeland – a member of Myatt’s NSM – begins his campaign to start a racial war by exploding three nail-bombs in various areas of London. Three people are killed, and over a hundred are injured, many seriously. Copeland is arrested soon after the last bomb explodes, and before he could detonate more bombs.
Prior to Copeland’s trial, Myatt is questioned by Police officers from Scotland Yard’s Anti-Terrorism branch about Copeland, but denies any connection, and he is also confronted by a reporter from the BBC’s Panorama program who asks him the same question.
Following Copeland’s trial and conviction, a year later, the BBC Panorama program about Copeland is broadcast (with Myatt’s voice altered by BBC special effects at the suggestion of Nick Lowles), accusing Myatt of being Copeland’s mentor, and there are subsequently many other Media reports about Myatt and Copeland, with journalists arriving at Myatt’s home and place of work (a farm) in an effort to interview him. Myatt declines to answer any of their questions, and instead issues a public statement in which he stated: “I personally regret nothing. There is nothing to apologize for; nothing to plead or feel guilty about…”
Every six months or so (and until 2001), the Police continue to formally interrogate Myatt (mostly at Charing Cross Police Station, in London, but on one occasion at Oxford Police Station) regarding Copeland, A Practical Guide to Aryan Revolution, and other matters relating to the charges still pending against him.
2000-2008:
Myatt continues – until the end of 2000 – to issue editions of his The National-Socialist newsletter, as he continues to write about National Socialism, and lead Reichsfolk. At the beginning of 2001, the Police inform Myatt that they have dropped all charges against him, and return his computers and other belongings.
In the Summer of 2000, Myatt, according to one source, travels to Iran, from whence he crosses over to Iraq. He begins to write about Islam and in particular articles about and praising Osama bin Laden and the Taliban. In the Summer of 2001, Myatt leaves his wife, citing “irreconcilable differences” mostly to do with his Islam, sells the house, and goes to briefly stay with CB (and his female partner) on a farm in Shropshire for a few months, before becoming, for some months, a “Gentleman of the Road” in the fells of Cumbria.
He then settles in a town in the north of England, together with a new girlfriend, producing more writings about both Islam and what he calls The Numinous Way. After around six months, he moves again to begin work on a rural farm, visiting Egypt several times, while continuing to produce more polemical Islamist writings and continuing to try and get neo-nazis to cooperate with radical Muslims in order to fight “the tyrannical New World Order, the dishonourable profane Zionist led Crusade alliance…” and, of this cooperation, Professor George Michael was later to write that Myatt has “arguably done more than any other theorist to develop a synthesis of the extreme right and Islam.”
Between 2003 and 2006 Myatt concentrates on writing about, and being involved with, Islam, earning a reputation as a radical Islamist, a supporter of both “suicide attacks”, and of Osama bin Laden. One of his articles justifying suicide attacks is, for several years, on the Izz al-Din al-Qassam (the military wing) section of the Hamas website whose members have killed hundreds of Jews in such attacks. Myatt, in many essays and on Internet forums, in various interviews and discussions, and using his Muslim names including Abdul Aziz, defends both the 9/11 and the London 7/7 attacks.
In 2005, he is mentioned at a NATO conference On Terrorism and Communications, in Slovakia, where it is stated that he has called upon “all enemies of the Zionists to embrace the Jihad, the ‘true martial religion’ which will most effectively fight against the Jews and the Americans.”
In 2006, he takes part in an “on-line” dialog, on a well-known and respected Islamic website, answering questions from Muslims world-wide. He is the subject of a full-page article (complete with color photograph) in The Times, of London, newspaper – under the topic Muslim Extremists in Britain – and is subsequently asked by several other newspapers for interviews, and invited to appear on an Arabic television station to discuss his support for bin Laden, all of which offers he declines.
Also in 2006, Myatt – as Abdul-Aziz ibn Myatt – is mentioned at the grandly named NATO Advanced Research Workshop on Hypermedia Seduction for Terrorist Recruiting, held at Eilat, in “Israel”.
Recent Islamist articles of his include essays such as In Reply to Sheikh Salman b. Fahd al-Oadah (where he again defends bin Laden), The Revival of Aql, and The Aims of Al-Qaeda which is translated into many languages, including Italian.
Despite his involvement with Islam, rumors persist concerning Myatt continuing to be involved with the ONA, and continuing to develop his Numinous Way philosophy, and, between 2006 and 2008 dozens of new and revised articles about The Numinous Way are distributed. In early 2009 The Numinous Way Foundation issues a compilation of these revised and new articles. In the late Fall of 2008 – as in some previous years – rumors began circulating that Myatt had abandoned Islam in favor of his The Numinous Way, but Myatt himself denies this, claiming he is still a Muslim, and continues to write and publish Islamist articles, such as The Zionist Attacks on Gaza, dated 8 Muharram 1430 (i.e. January 2009).

About David Myatt
David Myatt (born 1950) – also known as Abdul-Aziz ibn Myatt – is British Muslim and a former neo-nazi.
Before his conversion to Islam in 1998, Myatt was the first leader of the British National Socialist Movement (NSM), and was identified by the British newspaper, The Observer, as the “ideological heavyweight” behind the violent neo-nazi group Combat 18 whose founder and leader, Charlie Sargent, was convicted, in 1998, of murder, sentenced to life imprisonment, with a recommendation that he serve at least 14 years in jail.
Following his conversion to Islam, Myatt dissociated himself from nationalism and racialism, and openly wrote and spoke about racism being unethical and dishonorable.
During his three-decade long involvement with neo-nazism, Myatt authored thousands of essays and pamphlets about National Socialism, in many of which he describes the Holocaust as “a hoax”. Following his conversion to Islam, he began writing about Islam, and so far has produced hundreds of articles, many of which advocate Islamic martyrdom operations, express support for Osama bin Laden, and the Taliban, and, in line with Al Qaida’s radical Islamist stance, support the killing of non-combatants. One of Myatt’s articles justifying suicide attacks was, for several years, on the Izz al-Din al-Qassam (the military wing) section of the Hamas website.
An April 2005 NATO workshop heard that Myatt had called on “all enemies of the Zionists to embrace the Jihad” against Jews and the United States. Political scientist Professor George Michael wrote that Myatt has “arguably done more than any other theorist to develop a synthesis of the extreme right and Islam.”
Myatt first came to public attention in 1999, a year after his conversion to Islam, when a pamphlet he wrote many years earlier, A Practical Guide to Aryan Revolution, described as a “detailed step-by-step guide for terrorist insurrection,” was said to have inspired David Copeland, who left nailbombs in areas frequented by London’s black, Asian, and gay communities. Three people died and 129 were injured in the explosions, several of them losing limbs.
Myatt was also, for many years, a member of the secret British paramilitary organization Column 88, which, it has been alleged, was part of the NATO “stay-behind” Gladio network, designed to conduct sabotage and assassinations in the events of a Soviet Invasion of Western Europe.
In addition to writing about Islam and National Socialism, Myatt has translated works by Sophocles, Sappho, Aeschylus, and Homer, and has written several collections of poems and some Occult horror stories.
It has been alleged that Myatt – using the pseudonym Anton Long – was and is the current Grand Master of the Order of Nine Angles, a Left Hand Path, or Black Magick, Occult group.
Personal life
Myatt grew up in East Africa, and later in the Far East, where he studied the martial arts. He moved to England in 1967 to complete his schooling, and began a degree in Physics but did not complete it, leaving his studies to focus on his political activism. He is reported to live in the Midlands and to have been married three times.
The British anti-fascist magazine Searchlight has written of him: “He does not have the appearance of a Nazi ideologue … Sporting a long ginger beard, Barbour jacket, cords and a tweed flat cap, he resembles an eccentric country gentleman out for a Sunday ramble. But Myatt is anything but the country squire, for beneath this seemingly innocuous exterior is a man of extreme and calculated hatred.”
Political scientist Professor George Michael has written that Myatt is an “intriguing theorist,” with a reported IQ of 187, who has embarked over the years on a series of “Faustian quests.” He studied Taoism and spent time in a Buddhist and later a Christian monastery, and is alleged to have explored the occult, as well as Paganism and what Michael calls “quasi-Satanic” secret societies.
Political activism
Myatt joined Colin Jordan’s British Movement, a neo-Nazi group, in 1968, where he sometimes acted as Jordan’s bodyguard at meetings and rallies. From the 70s until the 90s, he remained involved with paramilitary and neo-Nazi organizations such as Column 88 and Combat 18, and was imprisoned twice for violent offenses in connection with his political activism.
Myatt was the founder and first leader of the National Socialist Movement, of which David Copeland was a member. He also co-founded the neo-Nazi organization the NDFM (National Democratic Freedom Movement) which was active in Leeds, England, in the early 1970s, and founded and led the neo-Nazi Reichsfolk group.
Michael writes that Myatt took over the leadership of Combat 18 in 1998, when Charlie Sargent, the previous leader, was jailed for murder.
Alleged influence on David Copeland
In 1997, a pamphlet Myatt had written called A Practical Guide to Aryan Revolution was posted on a website run out of British Columbia, Canada, by Bernard Klatt. The pamphlet included chapter titles such as “Assassination,” “Terror Bombing,” and “Racial War.” According to Michael Whine of the Board of Deputies of British Jews, “the contents provided a detailed step-by-step guide for terrorist insurrection with advice on assassination targets, rationale for bombing and sabotage campaigns, and rules of engagement.”
In February 1998, Detectives from Scotland Yard raided Myatt’s home in Worcestershire, arrested him, and removed his computers and files. The case against him – involving allegations of incitement to murder, conspiracy to murder and incitement to racial hatred – was dropped after a three year international investigation because the evidence supplied by the Canadian authorities was not enough to secure a conviction.
It was this pamphlet that, in 1999, allegedly influenced David Copeland, the London nailbomber – also a member of Myatt’s National Socialist Movement – who planted homemade bombs in Brixton, Brick Lane, and inside the Admiral Duncan pub on Old Compton Street in London, frequented by the black, Asian, and gay communities respectively. Friends John Light, Nick Moore, and Andrea Dykes and her unborn child died in the Admiral Duncan pub. Copeland told police he had been trying to spark a “racial war.”
According to the BBC’s Panorama program about Copeland broadcast in 2000, when Myatt was leader of the NSM, he called for “the creation of racial terror with bombs.” Myatt is also quoted by Searchlight as having stated that “the primary duty of all National Socialists is to change the world. National Socialism means revolution: the overthrow of the existing System and its replacement with a National-Socialist society. Revolution means struggle: it means war. It means certain tactics have to be employed, and a great revolutionary movement organized which is primarily composed of those prepared to fight, prepared to get their hands dirty and perhaps spill some blood”.

ONA
According to various sources, the Order of Nine Angles (ONA) was originally formed in England in the 1960s, with the merger of three neopagan temples called Camlad, The Noctulians, and Temple of the Sun. Following the original leader’s emigration to Australia, it has been alleged that Myatt took over the order and began writing the now publicly-available teachings of the ONA. The ONA now has associates, and groups, in the United States, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, South America, and Russia.
Author Nick Ryan has asserted that Anton Long, the author of the ONA’s public tracts, is a pseudonym of Myatt This assertion is repeated by Nicholas Goodrick-Clarke, who claims that Myatt was the founder of the ONA and writer of most of the ONA documents. The allegation has also been repeated many times by the anti-fascist Searchlight organization.
Myatt has always denied such allegations about involvement with the ONA, and using the pseudonym Anton Long, and repeatedly challenged anyone to provide any evidence of such allegations. In addition, Myatt challenged two journalists – Nick Lowles (from Searchlight) and Nick Ryan – to a duel for repeating such allegations, a challenge which they both declined.
Conversion to Islam
Myatt converted to Islam in 1998. He told writer George Michael that his decision to convert began when he took a job on a farm in England. He was working long hours in the fields and felt an affinity with nature, concluding that the sense of harmony he felt had not come about by chance. He told Michael that he was also impressed by the militancy of Islamist groups, and believed that he shared common enemies with Islam, namely “the capitalist-consumer West and international finance.”
Shortly after his conversion, some critics and observers suggested that Myatt’s conversion was insincere and “may be just a political ploy to advance his own failing anti-establishment agenda.”
Gerry Gable, from anti-fascist magazine Searchlight, said:
Others, however, accepted his conversion as genuine, and – given Myatt’s voluminous writings in praise of Islam and his support for the Taliban and his acceptance by other Muslims – this acceptance of his conversion as genuine gradually became the general consensus, although the rumors regarding his conversion continued to persist.
The Numinous Way
In 2007 – as in some previous years – rumors began circulating that Myatt had abandoned Islam in favor of his own earlier philosophy, The Numinous Way, which he had allegedly, in the past few years, continued to develop.
However, Myatt himself has denied this, issuing several public statements in which he affirms that he is a Muslim. He has also continued, using his Muslim name of Abdul-Aziz, to write and publish Islamist articles, the most recent one being dated 15 Zul al-Qidah 1429 [November 2008] and entitled In Reply to John Hutton: Concerning the Infidel Invasion and Occupation of the Muslim land of Afghanistan.
